As though binoculars and cameras were the same thing because they both involve lenses! Seems like the chief problem here is that you have two different users, with completely different requirements, and some idiot in Congress is making them work together because “hey, it’s all Radar, right?” As though binoculars and cameras were the same thing because they both involve lenses!
