Where is the incredible amount of money being spent on black intel budgets going that they need to beg for this new money and hold us hostage to it?What happened to the two spysats Boeing got paid almost a billion for and then chopped them up and recycled the metal after that program was cancelled for mismanagement? It isn't for a lack of regular budgets that we seem to fear we are vulnerable now. And according to Bamford the NSA refused to give Bin Laden's transcripted phone logs to the CIA who in turn refused to work with the FBI??Our enemies don't need to exploit cracks in our systems. They just blunder into them all the time without even realizing it.Somebody needs to rethink how we do all this stuff. Adding one more layer of oversight just obfuscates all this even more.

Wow, did the NRO just wake up and realize they have nothing going on in their program?
