He is trying to make alliances with countries that hate the U.S. and get things that his country needs. Like Venasuela for instance. He is selling Russian military weapons to them in return for oil. The Venasuelans only pay 10 cents a barrel for oil and 5 cents for gas. Plus they hate us because we are to involved. Not saying that's a bad thing but come on now. China is in direct link with Russia so they are most likely to be taking orders from Putin. He has his hand on a small little button that will bring his little servant Jintao to his side. All I am saying is you have to be aware of Russia.
