If the upcoming QDR resembles the last QDR it will be more puzzle palace self-serving BS. I have hope however that perhaps some common sense is starting to surface. Killing the HGB was a first step in the right direction.

You seem to be a very skeptical and untrusting of the QDR process? It seems clear that you are very dubious of the Obama administration and if I had to bet…I would bet that you are exactly right.

This seems patently designed to give Obama cover for ever deeper defense cuts. Obama will make sure the QDR says what he wants, then when he makes cuts he’ll be able to claim he was just following independent military advice. It’s a crock.
