These can be "future-proofed" to accept EM guns and other advanced technologies.Light "RDF" units can use upgraded Strykers for the time being, although we could resurrect the FCS MGVs down the road for such a role. Tiny robots and toy sugv and network links are not the answers. Apple IPODs are being used by the military to defeat the enemy now..they are using them to do tactical and isr and interrogations. Let's hope the ribbon team has combat experience.
