Of course the American defense companies are scrambling for engineering talent under 25.

They aren’t hiring PhDs over 50.

Or, any engineers over 50. I have several colleagues with great experience and high security clearances (now expired) who have taken “early retirement”, do “consulting”, or have started small businesses (me) because they can not find aerospace jobs.
