The previous administration intended to use Iraq like we now do Germany and Japan, then pulled a 180 just before the elections. She asked if we were told to stop fighting and patrolling, pack up, and go home, how long would it take?  The general told her in order to remove, clean, and transport every US-owned item, it&#039;d take 18 months and something like 3000 convoys (if we did nothing but pack).
