Just grant What General McChrystal needed and train Afghan troops to strenghen the battle against the terrorist. Say train 500,000 Afghan troops in additional to General McChrystal troops demand. This will stabilize Afghanistan and will accomplish the task in respect to Afghanistan stability, security and it may help complete the mission on war on terrorism.

The logistics are just one of the issues surrounding how many troops will be sent and when. For sure, it won’t be the day, week or month after the announcement. I would wager that even if GWB was still president, he wouldn’t be putting his eggs in the AEI basket.

And how much longer should we spend lives and treasure on that useless country???? They don’t want us there and we can bomb the Taliban from Diego Garcia…who’s gonna stop us??? How much longer is long enough? Sorry but the “Surge Hawks” are smoking something illegal.
