      1. I ordered 3 items . . . only 1 of them was received . . . the 2nd and 3rd items were replaced by Clorys randomly with unacceptable products. I asked for a refund on the missing items. They offered me only a 20% discount. This was a ridiculous suggestion! I responded with the same information as my first email, they offered me a 1/3 of the money back. Again,m their policy says they will refund if it is the wrong product. Since Clorys could not provide the product I ordered, I believe they should refund my money, I am happy to return the useless products they sent.

        Finally, I asked them to respond with return information. They just never responded . . . Lesson Learned! Unless you just want to send money to someone and not get what you wanted . . . DON’T use CLORYS.

  2. I ordered merchandise 13 days ago and I have sent 2 emails trying to figure out what the issue is as to why I have not received anything yet. I have requested a refund do to the professionalism of this company. Nothing has been done. I will never order from this company again. They have stolen from me. I will be continuing to seek my money back but I recommend anyone to not use this company.

  3. Same experience as the two individuals above. Website does not tell you if something is in, or out of stock. Order placed and confirmation received on 4/16. I waited a week and then began searching the fine print only to find that an out of stock item could take 10 days t ship. On 4/27 I get an email that a shipping label has been made, but not in the system yet. It is now 5/5 and the status is the same. I have sent emails to service@clory’s but no one returns with answers. Disappointed to find out all items are manufactured and sent from China. I would have paid double to get it in a timely manner from the U.S.

    1. Well that’s a wrap. I have received the same outcome as written above. I ordered on 5/10 with a email stating 3-4 days to process then nothing. I inquired and they sent me a USPS tracking number. It read that a label was created. The tracking number wasn’t valid two days later.
      I emailed them back and the claimed “oh, so sorry, it’s on the way”, it should be there in 20 days, we will let you know when it ships.
      The email contradicts itself several times. I suspected fraud and asked for a refund. They emailed me and it read “normally” your order would have been shipped by now so we can’t get a refund until you receive and ship it back. I then realized it hasn’t shipped and it never will.
      It made me angry. Who could take advantage of me at a time like this? I ordered face wraps to protect others and myself from this virus! I work for a nonprofit that hands out meals to the sick. It was for me and my crew.
      My threats to notify authoritative companies to stop them didn’t phase their reply-bot.
      So sorry everyone!
      I paid through my debit card, so I let my bank know and am thinking about letting PayPal know that their hosting fraudulent transactions. But, how much time am I really going to spend on this?
      Buy my products in the United States is where it has left my mind set for now.

  4. I ordered in mid April 2020 and haven’t received my product or even a hint of when I can expect the product. Have tried to contact their customer service with no helpful response. Why does Facebook allow unscrupulous sites to advertise?

  5. Same exact experience as David Smith. Got a BS tracking number that returned zero results from UPS, Clorys claimed the product was delivered when it hasn’t been. Looks like a total scam to me. Waste of money. Do yourself a favor and don’t give them any money.

    1. I got screwed just like everyone else. My order was a neck gaitor. Real easy to manufacture and they are not delivering… probably due to the fact that it’s from China and This IS yet another reason to stop trading with them. I’ve placed order on 12 April and I’ve not even heard a peep. Tracking number is BS also. Buyer beware.

      They need to be punished. Thieves do not deserve a red cent of our AMERICAN MONEY.

    3. I finally received the product 50 days after placing order. It has been stressful dealing with this company. They bill your credit card before shipping the product. The gave me a bogus China Post tracking number. After several emails to Clorys and calls to my credit card company, I received the product. Please use caution when dealing with this company. I spent weeks wondering if I was scammed. For those who have ordered and are still waiting, there is hope you may eventually get your order.

  6. Same experience very bad site… very bad business. Take money and don’t ship product. Located in China. There’s no mention of where the biz is located or shipped from. Highly fraudulent. They sent shipping and tracking info with product sitting in China for weeks.

  7. Same as all the other responses. Ordered in Mid April, they created a label for USPS but never delivered it for shipment. I’ve received generic email responses saying that the product is waiting to be shipped. I asked for a refund, waiting to see if that actually happens

  8. Same here. Placed an order on 4/15, received a shipping confirmation on 4/22 with a bogus FedEx number. No responses via email. Agreed this site is a scam.

  9. Horrible company, horrible customer service. I emailed asking if my order had shipped and they gave me some bs about it being a hot item and I needed to be patient. It’s been a month so I decided to cancel the order, I emailed twice about cancelling, and next thing I know, it’s shipped and on its way and too late to cancel. Then they tell me once I get it I can just send it back. Ugh so frustrating!!!

Ordered item, past due, contacted customer service, no response, finally received shipping info, when tracking number entered into USPS tracking system message is “Label created package not received”. Contacted CR twice again, no response. Finally entered disputed charge with credit card company two days ago, and then today item finally arrived. But even as late as yesterday, USPS tracking info did not have it registered even with a USPS delivery label. Find a different company to buy from.

  11. Same as everyone else. Ordered April 20. Opened a case with PayPal then shortly later on May 9th get a usps tracking number has the label created. I’ve sent 4 emails and no response. About to do a charge back.

  12. Same as all the other responses. Ordered on 4/16, received a tracking number after an inquiry on 4/23, still no product, and the tracking number is in perpetual pre-shipment. Opened a dispute with Paypal (not expecting much from them)….

  14. Scammers. Did not receive product ordered and charges did apply to my credit card. Will be calling credit card company today. Do not order merchandise from this company.

Same story as many others: I ordered on April 29; received confirmation of order and a USPS tracking number, but in all my checking the updates on the USPS tracking site: they never received the package from Clory’s! that is…. until today: YES – the post office finally has my package in their system and the expected delivery is for June 5, nearly 6 weeks later. Well, we shall see…. still waiting. Nope. I would never order from them again.

  16. Total fraud. Ordered face mask for $25.00 almost 2 months ago. No response from inquiries. Reported this site to local District Attorney office fraud unit as everyone should.

  17. I’ve had the same experience with this company as most of the other reviewers here. The order was placed on 4/27/20 and the shipping indicated the order would be received in 7-15 days and an email would be sent when the item shipped. Due to the coronavirus I allowed 20 business days before contacting them for a status since the email had not been received after 9 business days. I was sent a tracking number indicated a label had been created on 5/9/20. Three weeks later the status had not changed and I suspected at this point it was a scam site. However, I decided to give them one more chance for legitimacy by contacting them again on 5/29 to request a REAL date for delivery. I then received an email stating the merchandise was held up at customs and the tracking number would be updated. I contacted them one last time today to say cancel the order (that I don’t believe was ever shipped) and to let them know the charge has been disputed and I believe they are nothing more than a scam service. I will never use nor recommend them again, period, full stop…

  18. 5 weeks and 6 days and I have not received my product.
    What I did get is 4 emails saying my product has shipped.
    What I also go were (2) unanswered emails from me inquiring about my product.
    All I order was (2) Gator Masks.
    In my eyes, I feel totally scammed.
    41 days and no product, I dont care how backed up someone is, this is absurd.

    We are telling everyone we meet in Atlanta not to waste $’s or time with Clory’s.

  21. Clory’s is legit. They are terrible at communicating but the deals are real and of quality. The lead time is about 35 to 45 day, which is typical for deliveries from Asia. I took them about 30 days to respond to my e-mail, which did have me worried but my merchandise arrive the next day. That is what I mean by terrible communication.
