  2. I bought something from Clorys. The charge came through as Pink Queen who I have never heard of. These three companies seem similar. It has been well over two months and nothing. I cannot get a response other than a form letter saying my package has shipped. When I track it, it says a label has been printed. I contacted my credit card and they have opened a case against them. My suggestion is don’t buy from anyone that you are unfamiliar with.

    • I purchased masks from this site a month ago and have not received anything. No tracking number to track the package nothing. But the money came out of my account, I will be contacting my bank about fraud on this account.

  6. I ordered 5 masks may may 7th and it’s now June 7th and have still received them according to tracking they are only in Los Angeles . No where did it tell me that the products were coming from China (not that this matters)and that they would take over a month to receive. Will never do business with this company again.

  7. Beware; 1. Wrong item shipped, 2. Clothmyths doesn’t respond in 24 hours like they claim.
    3. Two days later still waiting. 4. Also, pictures for
    product doesn’t look same in person. They either use better quality material for the advertisement
    or a filter or both. Items look cheaper in person.

  8. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! I paid an extra $18 to have my order shipped to me within 3 business days and I got it 2 months later!! They kept making stupid excuses why it was late but would not refund my money for the expedited shipping and I couldn’t even track it… the Fed Ex link always said “Error- no order available” They have terrible customer service and you will not get your order within a reasonable time period. I will NEVER order from this website again!!
    ***UPDATE- I finally received my order and it was not even the item that I ordered- after waiting 2 months for it, it was the wrong thing. DO NOT waste your time and money on anything from this “myth” of a company!!

  11. I ordered/paid May 18, 2020. Masks not received as of July 11, 2020. Company is in Cyprus per my Bank. Clothmyths email dated 6/10/20 stated that order was shipped from Ghangzou, China on 6/10/20. I checked USPS tracking #. Per USPS, shipment was sitting at a partner location in Inglewood, CA on 5/28/20. Clothmyths quit responding to my emails when I pointed out the the USPS tracking # did not match Clothmyths 6/10/20 email with shipping info. If USPS tracking # is correct, shipment is sitting at Pitney Bowes (USPS Partner location) in Brisbane, CA as of 6/26/20. How can it take 3+ weeks to ship less than 400 miles from Southern California to Northern California? Tracking # indicates that shipment has not been moved from Pitney Bowes to USPS as of 7/1/20. I’m not a huge online shopper, but Clothmyths shipping times are unreasonable. I believe that Clothmyths is a scam site that should be avoided. I also think dodbuzz.com should update its review to show all of the Clothmyths complaints on its website.

  12. placed an order at the end of May. The order has been “awaiting pick up” in California since 06/05/2020. I was supposed to get the order within 2-3 weeks of placing it. Almost two months later, here we are and I still haven’t received the shipment. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and they ended up giving me a full refund after they concluded their investigation.

  13. Clothmyths.com is a scam. I ordered May 14 and still no package on July 20. I have disputed with my credit card company, reported to the FTC, USPS, and econsumer.gov (International). The package ended up in Los Angeles then San Fran and now nothing. USPS never received it.

    Do not order from this company!

  15. I had a similarly miserable experience with this company and don’t understand how the original review is even real. It is not US based, my order from May 31 arrived July 9, and the quality of 5 face masks I purchased is terrible. I asked for a refund and was given only $4.50!! Plus I’m trying to write a review on their website and can’t, even after asking a customer service representative how to do it! I feel foolish for having been suckered into buying from this company.

  17. I ordered a 3XL Bra for my wife, who is a 38DDD. Part of it came apart while she was putting it on, and another part, the stitching pulled apart, if it was ever stitched on to begin with, because after looking at it, it doesn’t look like it was even sewn on. Even once she did get it on, it looked 3-4 times smaller than what it should have. Either it was an XL in a 3XL package, or it was entirely WAY smaller than the size chart stated. Kind of sucks for as long as it took for me to finally get it. (2 months to ship from China) Their size chart is NOT realistic, It shows a 3XL being a US size 16-18, but shows a 34.5in bust size? WRONG!!! US Size 16-18 bust sizes are normally a 38-40in. A 34.5in bust size would be a size 10-12 US, NOT a Size 16-18, Which probably explains why this product was way too small. WHen I contacted the company about getting a refund, I was told…..We are sorry for your inconvenience. But according our return policy, masks, swimsuit, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories are personal and not returnable. How about sending $10 cash couupon for you? You can keep it as a gift.
    To which I replied back…..Your size chart was WRONG, AND your product was DEFECTIVE. I want a refund for YOUR defective product sold with an incorrect sizing chart. A $10 cash coupon won’t do me any good since I will not be ordering from you again. And they replied back with….The return process is more troublesome. How about we refund 20% of the unfit item? Or you can return them for a full refund or exchange. My reply? Refund 20%? That would be $1.99, or $3.99 if you go by the total with shipping. You want me to pay to return an item that was defective and clearly never should have gotten past quality control, let alone shipped out. Which is funny, because if you scroll up, you’ll see that ****** told me I couldn’t return it, but now your saying I can. Looks like I wasted $20.
