Please do NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I was foolish enough to order a Nativity set that looked beautiful in the picture . I ordered it the end of December 2020. I finally received it today, February 4,2021 after sending several emails inquiring about shipment. I only got a response when I told them I was going to report them to PayPal. The Nativity set looks like something from a flea market… I paid $138.00 for it!!! NEVER AGAIN! Please learn from my mistake!!!!!
We order a nativity set from them at the end of December. Only half of the pieces shown in their ad arrived on 2/5/21. Contact with the company has been difficult. They will not send us the missing pieces. I believe that their ads are intentionally deceptive. Buyer beware!!!!! If you have a problem, you must return the item to China to get a refund (not the jamacia, NY on the package return address) Shipping is around $100!!!
Larry Sullivan, you were lucky to receive anything ! Ordered same at end of December. Still nothing delivered although tracking indicated it was sent early January. Have emailed to the service@getcraft.com address and this returned undelivered. The website shows one off items in the lower part of Home Link however now have nothing available on the Collection / New Arrivals links. Not a happy experience that’s for sure.
I ordered what was advertised as a stained glass item and what arrived is a painted piece of plastic. It took five weeks for the item to arrive. Their email address, servive@giftcraft.com,, is undeliverable. Another email address that was offered in my shipment confirmation does work and I have emailed them they’re asking for a return information and for a full refund. I would Not recommend this site because this item was so blatantly Not what was represented on their site.
