  1. I order two large happy nappers pillow sleeping bag. I received 1 large and 1 small one. I have been trying to call customer service with no luck. i was o hold for over
    15 minutes then the phone hang up. I have tired serval time and the same thing happens.

    I was promised that I’ll get them by June 15 but it never happened, i never got an email to at least explain what was happening so I emailed & called, they promised I should get them before or by July 10 but I’m still waiting….my issue is that they don’t keep in touch with clients to at least explain what is going on, everyone knows the whole word is struggling right now, but it would be nice to hear from someone

  4. I am wondering if this is a scam. I know NO ONE who has received a pillow! I am reporting them to the Attorney General’s office for fraud and scamming. The advertisement is still sunning and I ordered near three months ago.

    No contact, no update, no info. I will call again and see if I get an answer. So far, no luck. They need to pull down the national ad if they CANNOT DELIVER PRODUCT in a timely manner, like 3-4 months is NOT goos service…

    2. I just ordered yesterday and my charge on Credit card is not the charge on invoice, tried to call them only to get cut off.
      Contacted my credit card company and as soon as the charge posts I will be having the charge reversed. This website is a scam, I can ill afford to put out $203.00 which by the way was not the charge on my invoice, now going to have to dig up some more money to get my grandsons something else as now after reading all the comments, I wouldn’t get them in time for Christmas anyways. 😢

  5. After several attempts to contact regarding my order I sent an email to the company giving them 24 hours to respond with a refund to my account. I will also be reporting them to the Attorney General.

  6. Going through the same issue with my order placed months ago. I am however receiving emails with updates. The now July 29th delivery has been changed to August 20th. per an email today. I did visit the website again where a couple of the styles are supposedly available to ship immediately. I placed a second order for merely an experiment.

  8. I ordered one – got charged for two. Cancelled order and disputed. Then ordered another and got charged for two, cancelled, disputed, and then after two months got delivered two. There is no way to call the company and there are no confirmation emails provided for your order. The product is cheap and this seems like a scam from China.

  9. We ordered 3 of these for our children, expecting them to be here by our youngest’s birthday. The company didn’t send even the one they said they had in stock, and backorder the others. Now our date for expected delivery is another month out, and between the website and the pointless customer service number (set to auto-hang-up,) there isn’t even a way to cancel the order. Now our card info is out there for a scam company. I now am going to get a different birthday gift, but my wife is… I will use the clean word “mad”.

  10. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering!!! I ordered 3 on July 3, 2020. Kept getting changes in the delivery date!!! The last date I was given was yesterday (09/05/2920)-Mind you it’s been OVER 2 months!!! Didn’t receive anything-now the tracker is saying delivery date is pending!!! A total disappointment!!! If you’re thinking about ordering-DON’T!!!

  12. Do not do business with this company that is scamming the customer. On September 4, 2020 I ordered three different large Happy Nappers. 0n September 25th I was advised that the order had shipped and my credit card was charged. I own businesses that do a great deal of shipping with UPS so I understand the shipping process. From conversations with UPS I come to understand that Happy Nappers printed labels on 9/25 but did not ship until 9/30. UPS provided me with the shipping number and delivery was made on 10/05. There was only 1 shipping number and when it arrived the box said 1/1 meaning there was only 1 box. The box contained only one of the Nappers. The box was only large enough for 1 Napper. I called customer service who tried to tell me that all three were shipped. I then asked them where the shipping numbers for the other 2 boxes were. They responded that they all should have been in the same box. I have saved the box and the packing list showing the shipment of three Nappers and must chalk this up to a terrible sham experience. Read the reviews on the internet. Complaints have been filed with the Attorney General’s Offices in numerous states. I proceeded to try try to convince the customer service representative that the box and it’s shipping weight, which are of record with UPS, will validate that I only received 1 Napper. The whip cream on the cake was when the customer service rep told me in closing “I am only customer service not shipping” and that this might be a shipping problem. I asked whether Happy Nappers would send the other 2 Nappers immediately and she said that would happen with shipping and that she doesn’t know the outcome of this situation.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HORRIBLY OPERATED SHAM COMPANY

  13. I’m a very glad I read these reviews. My daughter saved her money for many weeks and hasn’t been able to stop talking about how much she wants her happy napper. Something about the company made me uneasy. I emailed them twice with questions and never got a response. Today I called the phone number on the company website and sat on hold for 20 minutes waiting “for the next available agent”. I’m afraid I will be breaking it to my daughter that we won’t be ordering a happy napper after all. Very sad.

  15. I ordered 4 of the Happy Nappers. I only received 3. My calls to customer support say they will not charge my account until the item ships. I was charged the full amount and have not received the 4th item. I am very disappointed. I wish I knew they had these at Walmart… I would have gone there. I also ordered the middle of November to avoid the rush. I am pleased with the ones I did receive. It was the “Dragon” I didn’t receive with the others.

  16. Theses guys are as crooked as they get.
    I ordered four happy nappers on 11/27
    Never received anything in the form of confirmation ie tracking/invoice
    So I called them a couple days later and very nice lady assured that it shipped and sent me a invoice.
    Next step fedex they claimed a label was created but nothing yet to pick up.
    So I waited a few more days and still no fedex pick up so I called again
    This time I got a guy who promised up and down and sideways that it just shipped that day (liar)
    According to fedex they haven’t shipped anything.
    This guy was so abrupt for a customer service rep I thought I was talking to a mobster
    Word of advice do not shop with these crooks

  17. I am so disappointed with this company. I ordered a happy napper on 12/1/20. My credit card was charged on 12/4/20. I was given a FedEx tracking number. They have no record of recieving my package. First I was told my package shipped on the 4th, then the 9th. I was hoping to give my granddaughter a cute Christmas gift.
    I have no idea if I will even get my Happy Napper. VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!

  18. Don’t waste your time or your money as ordering from this company is a scam! I placed an order for one at the end of November 2020. I received an email four days later with a FedEx tracking number and verbiage stating a shipping label had been created. Five days later I received another email that stated the same information as the previous email except the shipping date was moved to the date of the email (nine days after placing order). I sent an email to HappyNappers@customerstatus.com to ask the status of my order. I received a response that the shipper is experiencing delays due to a heavier than usual amount of orders. I waited for a day and the shipping tracker showed no change so I emailed them again. I received a reply with the same exact canned response. I waited two more days and wrote two more emails. At this point I am not receiving any response. It has now been 16 days. I will be filing a complaint with my state attorney general and my credit card company. I want to place negative reviews on as many sites as possible to warn others.

  19. Made an order on November 8. Weird that the website still had them available for immediate shipment. Kept checking the status and eventually it said temporarily out of stock. I called in to their customer service line and the lady told me that there are none in stock now and it has a scheduled ship date of December 29th. Really? We make advanced purchases for it to take over 2 months?
    Seriously… If you want this product, they sell it at Walmart, target or even on amazon prime. I ordered two from there and it was both delivered in time for me to be able to give it as gifts for Christmas. The original happy nappers ordered through their website? HA!
    The day I found the last happy nappers on amazon I wanted to cancel the order. I called and they said oh, you can’t cancel. Your order is being shipped. Put me on hold and came back to say yeah no sorry. You can just decline the delivery. Right, like I’m going to be there right when usps delivers it.

    **They just charger the card possibly while I was on the phone with them trying to cancel so I wouldn’t be able to. The product wasn’t even shipped till a later date. They just created the label for it just so I couldn’t cancel. What a crock.

    2 weeks later … Still waiting. They ship fedex smartpost. We pay shipping and handling and because I live in Hawaii an additional charge. Blows my mind how amazon got it to my address free of shipping cost and in less than 2 weeks from order date.

    DO NOT order from their website!!!!!!!

  20. I actually know someone who got their happy nappers….but I ordered on 12/5 and I have nothing.

    I also called customer service and after 3 attempts I was able to get through to a lady who had a really bad attitude.

    My tracking information is totally blank, FedEx tells me they don’t have anything from them, and I believe FedEx. Happy Nappers is just a terribly run company.

  21. Ordered 1 large Happy Napper on Feb 4, 2021. The estimated ship date the day I ordered was March 16. March 16 came and went. Nothing. Contacted Customer Service through website. Was told it would be shipped by March 24th. Tomorrow is March 24. I checked the order today (it was for my grand daughters birthday on March 24) and now it says due to ship March 31st. What is with this company?? They run ads on the kids networks every hour at least yet they don’t have these items in stock?? I’m guessing on March 31st, it will tell me it will ship April 7 and just keep getting pushed up a week. I ordered in plenty of time for it to be here by her birthday and now – I’m lucky she’ll get it by her next birthday.

    I rate them an F for communication! They have all my info and have yet to update me on all the shipping pushback updates. I give them F for not having the products ship when they say they will. All around, I’ll never order again If my grand daughter didn’t want this so much, I’d just cancel this order and forget it.

    I hate lying companies and this is one of them. I’d have more respect for them if they would keep me updated rather than me having to come to them.
