  1. I PLACED AN ORDER TWO WEEKS AGO AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY UPDATES VIA TEXT, EMAIL, PHONE, ETC REGARDING MY ORDER STATUS, HOWEVER, MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED. EVERY TIME I TRY CALLING THE NUMBERS, ONE IS NOT IN SERVICE AND THE OTHER SAYS TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE AND I AM ATTEMPTING TO CONTACT MY GIFT CARD COMPANY TO GET A REFUND IF I CAN. SO BAD SINCE I LOST MY JOB, CONTRACTED COVID-19 and NEED SUPPLIES. MY PARENTS GAVE ME A GIFT CARD , WHICH I USED TO PURCHASE SOME CLEANING SUPPLIES FROM THIS WEBSITE, ONLY TO FIND OUT IT’S A TOTAL FRAUD. CONTACTING THE PROPER AUTHORIITES AS WELL. HEINOUS THING TO DO TO PEOPLE WHEN THEY’RE GOING THROUGH SUCH DIFFICULT TIMES.

        1. I ordered bleach and some disinfectant April 29. No responses to email or phone calls. It is May 21, and I have not recieved my items. This website is FRAUDULENT. BUYER BEWARE!!!

        2. I ordered suplies from them on May 15, 2020, according to their website the order still has not been filled but they took money for the order from my account. I sent several emails and left three voicemails ( they dont pick up their phone) asking for them to cancel the order and the subscription and issue me a refund but I have received zero response and no refund of my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPNY, TOTAL SCAM!

      2. I purchased cleaning supplies from this company on 4/25/20. After a couple weeks I started emailing them about my order. On 5/18/20 they cancelled my order and sent an email with the order summary. It shows”refund” on the order summary. I contacted my credit card company a couple times and no refund has been received. I check my credit card statement o line and nothing has shown up in 18 days since they indicated a refund was issued.

        Worst company ever. I will never do business with them again!

    2. I placed an order on 4/25/2020 sent emails and left messages with no response. Are legit. The only recourse is to have my credit card company dispute the charges.
      Does anyone have any ideas or have gotten a response from these jokers?

I was advised that I will receive my refund 7-10 business, I have not received me refund. I send several emails. I have filed a complaint with Federal Trade Commission. I was advised by the Federal Trade Commission to file a complaint with BBB, STC.org and IC3.org which is the FBI. Hope every file and get this company shut down.

  2. I too was scammed. Should have known once I saw all the hard to find disinfectant products available. The kicker is, I once worked part time catching fraudulent websites for a large organization! Didn’t do my checks and balances. Don’t feel bad, it happens.     I also check the D&B # they posted on there site, and it is FAKE!

  7. I was scammed too. Same scenario as everyone above. I was told that if you have a D&B number, you are legitimate. Do you call Florida to crack down of this company. My guess it is based in China with a shell company in Florida. I would suggest we all contact the attorney General, State of Florida before others get scammed.

It has been charging reoccurring payments from my card from May 5 through May 18 totaling $450 for paper towels, tissue and bleach (all the costs were bumped up significantly especially since these were pertinent household supplies as a result of COVID 19. I have removed my address and have canceled my card and reported this business to the BBB and my credit card company is investigating the charges. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMANY. IT IS A SCAM AND YOU WOULD BE EXPLOITED.

  15. My order is now four weeks late. I also received no responses to e-mails. Called my bank to get my money back. Thankfully they are working with me. I did a scam search before placing my order and they came up legit. Filed a complaint today with the Trades Commission. Hope no one else falls into this trap. I feel for all of you!!

  16. Unhappy customer here. We have been looking all over for Odoban (cleaning suplpies) for our healthcare company but everything is sold out or is price gouged. One of our staff had found Odoban through HomeSupply and had put in an order for herself so I went ahead and ordered a bunch for our company on 5/1/2020. Neither of us had received our order yet. There was no indication it was on backorder so we have been trying to get in contact with the company via email and phone calls (I haven’t even seen a number to call except on this site and I don’t know where our staff found it). Today I received a notification email saying my order had been updated and they had cut the number of items I had ordered in half but the shipping fee remained the same when I know it should be $10 less. I emailed HomeSupply again about it and we’ll see if I even get a response.

  21. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Ordered from them 4/25/20 and received a confirming text with my order number. Called the 2nd week of May and the girl told me it takes 3-4 weeks from the date my order was placed. After 4 weeks, I tried to call and their voicemail changed to say they are not checking voicemails and to email them, they will get back to you. After repeated attempts to get a response, nothing. I have now contacted my credit card company for a dispute.

    1) They suck because I placed an order on 5/1 and have not received this order.
    2) They suck because they have not responded to my multiple phone calls and emails.
    3) They suck because I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and they never responded to BBB either.
    4) They suck because I received a random phone call from someone at Homesupply.com on 6/26 to let me know the product was on backorder until the next week.
    5) They suck because when I received this random call on 6/26 I told them to cancel my order and issue a refund. I have not received a refund.
