I have purchased from them but dont like the quality of clothes . They sent a returns slip and you have to log onto your account to return but now my account doesn’t exist and I know the email I used was correct. Frustrating as I spent about £80 and 3 items have arrived so far and they are crap!
I put in an order at the beginning of December and have received nothing although thy have taken my money. Two follow up emails received a brief reply saying goods would be shipped soon but now no replies at all. Very worried that I have been scammed to he tune of £59!
Do not buy from this company!! Products are very poor quality (mine had a hole in it) and they ride rough shod over your Consumer Rights. You have to negotiate a refund as they refuse to receive goods returned and offered 15% to start with. I accepted 80% in the end but lost £15.
