Its absence on social media sites and lack of customer reviews on any platform generate so many doubts. Furthermore, every customer has rated it as a 5-star product. Not even a single person found any fault? Isn’t that surprising?

All said and done; it has been realized that the product is available in the market for some time. The product looks like a living species because of the artistic work being done on it.

We have also read a couple of positive reviews on the site. Thanks to the audience of the United States. But still, we didn’t find any single review on other platforms or social media which doubts the legitimacy of the product.

Hence we suggest you go for the products we have explained earlier as these are amongst the most popular handmade dogs accessible to you directly via Amazon’s store. There is no doubt of a being a scam or receiving any counterfeit toy. Moreover, you can also check the experience of other customers in the customer review section.

  1. I just ordered the Yorkshire puppy—can’t wait for it to arrive!!! On some of your recent advertisements you show a blue merle australian shepherd but I’m unable to order it! I would seriously like to order this! How would it be possible so I can? THANK YOU

      1. Well wish I would have seen this earlier. I spent 10.00 on one I saw on facebook to now find out it was a scam. Lesson learned

    1. SCAM ! Toy was advertised as realistic with moving parts. You expect something other than what you receive for $30.+ dollars. What you get is a Dollar Store item worth at most $1.00

    1. Hi You will be extremely disappointed when they arrive what they advertise is not what you receive I ordered 3 and all they were a cheaply made stuffed toy. It doesn’t move. I received one of them before the other 2 and I complained to the company and told them not to send the other 2 and to refund money in full. I did not get a refund or a response to any email sent. This is a scam site and all they do is change the name of the company all the time so people don’t realise its them.

  3. Let’s get to brass tacks:
ALL of your advertising is written in Chinese slang, even though you state it’s made in USA.
You give an illusion that the dog runs, licks its nose, moves its eyes, and can be a MOVING companion for children. That’s just plain old fraud advertising, going back to the days of scamming kids in comic book ads.; only now computer tricks are used to present something that isn’t.

    1. Its disgusting that this company is getting away with it over and over again I lost out on money for cheaply made stuffed toys.

    1. Contact Federal Trade Commission. Help shut down this lying Chinese scam. File a complaint. Try getting $ back from your credit card company, too.

  4. All the advertisements show a dog running, licking, playing, and rolling over as if the toy can do the exact same thing. But the toy can NOT do any of those things which proves MISLEADING AND FALSE ADVERTISING!!!
The advertising should show the actual toy and state that the toy does not move or doing anything like a real dog.

  5. i d purchased a realistic teddy bear puppy a few days ago and in the ad shows a real flesh and blood puppy. in their description it s said it s handmade, not a real living thing. it s misleading and it s false advertising for profit gain. i guess i was baited.

    1. The Federal Trade Commission is the agency to deal with these scammers. I will be filing a complaint. Hopefully others will, too.

  6. I ordered this for my grandson for Christmas, it came today & was I ever disappointed!! It is definitely NOT the sweet dog we see in the video!! It’s a stuffed animal that you could win out of one of those crane drop machines. There are no batteries, no moving parts, nothing at all like a real dog. I’m so mad that I fell for this scam, lesson learned.

    1. Contact the Federal Trade Commission and file a complaint. I am trying to get many people to do so in order to shut down this Chinese scam.

    1. Get an immediate refund on PayPal or your credit card for merchandise not received. Do not wait. These toys are garbage – not hand made, don’t look like photos & do not move, as advertised.

    2. SCAM ! Toy was advertised as realistic with moving parts. You expect something other than what you receive for $30.+ dollars. What you get is a Dollar Store item worth at most $1.00

  7. SCAM!!!!!!! I ordered from Facebook ad. Video shows mechanized puppy…. what I actually got was nothing more than a stuffed toy puppy, about a $5 retail value that I was charged $30 for – and stupid me, I ordered two!! It can from GOTXPRESSD. GOT XPRESS SCN.BHD.

  8. I ordered two Teddy’s weeks ago and have not received anything yet! It had me pay through PayPal. I saw it on Facebook. When I looked at conformation some wording was in Chinese. I am so angry that Facebook allows Con company’s to advertise on their website. I am going to try and get a refund from PayPal!!!!

Very Angry….they where for my granddaughter!!

  9. hi i’m richard dixon, i bought one of you dog’s and it don’t do anything. what is that all about. it don’t move at all. i want my money back. richard dixon 586 s. santa maria rd, golden valley, arizona let me know. at rwd41@goldenvalleycable.com. thank you

  10. I was told that it doesn’t need batteries because it’s nuclear powered and that it’s “AI” artificial intelligence is static. As in it does not “learn” meaning improve upon its self.

  11. It says that they are made from FUR and polyester. Given what China does to LIVE dogs, I’m wondering if the FUR they use on these fake dogs is taken from the LIVE dogs that they EAT. Definitely will not order.

    1. Hi Jeanine, I got scammed purchased 3 and they aren’t even made of fur just smooth cheap material I would of expected from a $2 store. They advertise as US company and advertise on Facebook and use PayPal and cannot explain why they haven’t been shut down and removed the right to use Pay Pal for the payments. 3 xmas presents down the drain.
      Regards
      Chez

  12. This is a SCAM. If you used a debit or credit card, or PayPal, call them and file a chargeback. But if they tell you to return anything at all, rather than just refunding it from the seller’s account then you will lose your evidence, the money you paid and the shipping costs. USPS works with China scammers. They cheaply ship it to North Americans, but will never give you delivery confirmation. So there is no proof it delivered. REFUSE TO RETURN IT AND DEMAND A FULL 100% REFUND FOR A WORTHLESS ITEM CLAIM! ALSO NEVER JUST USE YOUR BANK ACOUNT TO PAY FOR ITEMS (DEBIT, CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL).

  14. I ordered a brown dog and thought it would be realistic looking. Not even kind of realistic. Save your money. They were very slow getting back to me and their English was very broken in all correspondence. The package came with a Chinese sticker on the bag. This is not at all what we thought we were getting.

  15. From the ad, it looked like a mechanized toy dog. What I received was a small stuffed toy dog. Very disappointed. Feel like I was scammed. Lesson learned.

  16. Contact Federal Trade Commission. Help shut down this lying Chinese scam. File a complaint. Try getting $ back from your credit card company, too.

  17. I have no nasty vengeful feelings, but I surely do have a lot of hurt and disappointment. I too was duped by the video advertisement of this toy dog! First of all, I ordered two of them on August 30, and they arrived today, October 13 (over 6 weeks)!!! And then only after I got PayPal to check into why I had never received them as of that time. Second, as others have stated, the advertisement showed an animated dog toy that ran about and acted almost real, yet the delivered product is just a stuffed dog, and although cute, not at all what I was enticed, or willing, to buy. Contacting the seller’s Customer Service was also very unsatisfactory. One of my questions wasn’t even addressed and concerning the long wait, I was told simply that they “hoped” I would get my products soon. I have no problem dealing with foreigners, but they should have Reps capable of conversing with English-speaking customers if they try to sell to these.

I recently lost my son, and his death has been devastating. The little “almost real” dogs were greatly anticipated, as I felt they would provide me with a lift of spirits and cheer in my loss. It was such a blow to find merely stuffed toys in the package instead of the life-like ones presented in the advertisement video. This is false advertising to say the least.

    1. Very true. I was also duped by the video. Also, the return police does not give a full refund if you don’t like the product and want to return it. A scam.

  18. THE FACEBOOK ADVERT IS A SCAM … I paid £30 for a puppy soft toy that I can buy on the market for £5 It was a birthday present for a young girl that took 6 weeks to arrive. it was supposed to be animated.
    website … gooddealsus.com
The dogs name is Lucky? Obviously not for me! I normally buy everyt9through Amazon. But Pay Pal was available and it was on Facebook who obviously don’t check out their advertising.

  19. SCAM ! Toy was advertised as realistic with moving parts. You expect something other than what you receive for $30.+ dollars. What you get is a Dollar Store item worth at most $1.00

  20. Damn!!! I bought 2! What a dummie. So they used real live animals to scam us?? Clever. I was planning on buying many more. What was the wording on your bill?

  21. Spending close to $50 for Teddy Dog Lucky which btw it took 3 weeks to deliver, it was a tremendous DISAPPOINTMENT! It was advertised as being robotic and able to run, curl up, and more. It’s a stuffed animal that sits where you put it … and that’s it. I am happy to have found a vehicle to learn of others who were duped and hope all do as I am doing. I sent an email to the supposed manufacturer; I would be very surprised to hear from it. Purchase was through PayPal who will be getting my request for a refund immediately.

  22. Hello,Teddy is finally here…. but what a disappointment!!!! I get a simple plush without life while your ad show it very active… He pulled the tongue ,he would run ect and there.NOTHING Misleading advertising and how much exchange since the day of the order, that I join you again.Very sad

  23. I too got scammed. Tried to return the item but was told that it would cost them too much and time. I was offered a $15.00 refund and I countered with 1/2 of what the item and shipping cost me. I’ve been going back and forth with them now for almost 2 weeks. Now they want me to take pictures of the item so they can what damages I’m referring to. I never told them the item was damaged — I told them it was not what was advertised. I’m done with the back and forth. I will be turning this over to PayPal for handling as well as filing a claim(s) with any other agency who can stop this company from misleading the public. Money is not the issue in my case. Receiving a misleading product is the issue.

  24. It’s a scam! Disputed with Citibank today, resolved almost immediately in my favor. Save your time, don’t buy. Money processes via PayPal to some Chinese company.

  25. I ordered 2 teddy dogs. The ad is misleading showing the dog moving. The dog doesn’t move like the video shows. This is a scam!

  26. SCAM! Don’t waste your money! I bought a dog and it was shipped from China and looks like a cheap stuffed animal!!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

  27. I haven’t gotten my order yet.. But I see from the previous comments that I should expect a stuffed animal. Very disappointed if that is true.
