Keepcutie is definitely a scam on Facebook. I was charged $46 plus a separate 94 cent international fee on January 11, 2021 and as of January 31 have still not received my order and there is no number to contact on my card transaction page like legitimate charge transactions have.
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! DONT BUY ANYTHING!
I should have reviewd this company prior to order. I purchased a 169 piece resin kit from them. 1st, they never sent an order confirmation or order #. I had to email for it & they responded with order#. No tracking info provided. Several days later I asked for tracking info & they responded say hello friend, it shipped. I had to ask for the tracking number & finally got it. Tried to track it using a universale tracking site which tracks every single carrier worldwide & it said unrecognizeable. In the meantime I received a smallish plastic bag type envelope from China via USPS. When opened it contained this weird floppy plastic material thingy with astrologial signs all around it. I later found it to be some type of clock mold which immediately concerned me since molds are what I had ordered from this company. However, I was still confused because my kit was to contain 169 pieces of various items! What is this thing & why did I get it? So I immediately asked this company for the status of my package & was again told only it had shipped & it may take more than 25 days to receive. The next week I finally emailed asking them for the name of the shipping company the used & was given the name. When I tracked it, sure enough, it said my item had been delivered & signed for by me the week prior. It was that weird clock mold thingy!!! I advised them of this & now they’re stalling & only responding every 24-48 hours & asking me for proof of what I received. I have provided them with copies of everything & I’m currently askinhg for paypal to refund my money have told them about these scammers. This company, instead of refunding me, has offered me a 10% refund & I can keep this lousy stupid crap they sent. Uh, no, I don’t think so. They seem to be doing this to many people & hoping we’ll all just take the offer. That’s a heck of a lot of money they’re making with this scam if we accept 10%!!! I WANT MY FULL REFUND!! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
