  1. Do not purchase from Loovely. I thought I was buying from a British Company. It is not the bras come from China. I need to return them as they are too small but there was no paperwork included with the order and I can’t find the order acknowledgement email. I have contacted them asking for details on return and refund but do not hold up much hope. The bras have a cotton-like lining but the rest is manmade fabrics.

At all costs stay away from this company!!!

    • I spent £70 on two bras that took about a month to arrive. The sizing is very small and the quality not good enough for the money but no paperwork came with the items so I emailed the company to ask how I could return the bras and get a refund. It took them about a week to ask me why I wanted to return them so I told them the sizing was bad as was the quality. Another week has gone by and I just got another reply offering a reurn and exchange. My reponse has been that as I wasn’t happy with the quality for the money spent I would like a refund. Time will tell now but I am not holding out much hope of getting my £70 back. Dreadful service and a dreadful product. Like others I had been led to believe this was a British company with British made products but it seems that is not the case. Run a mile!!!

      • I total agree with you this company’s customer service is very poor, the product is poorly made to. I had to wait about 4 weeks for it to arrive, when I put it on it turned under at the front making it very uncomfortable, they said I could return it , to Paris at my cost! I will not be using them again

    • I too was conned by this company but have managed to get my monry back after numerous emails and tnreatening legal action due to misrepresention. I am happy to send you a copy of the email I sent that seemed to get their attention.

    • I ordered a bra which hasn’t come. They replied to one email but are now Ignoring me. I don’t know what to do. Can’t afford to lose the money.

  2. They are scammers. I paid over £70 for two bras that finally arrived after 16 days. The bras are made in China smell terrible and the sizing is completely wrong. There is no returns address and their email is incorrect it says .co but that is all. Do not buy any products from this company.

    Reply
    • I have exactly the same problem as you – too small, trying to get return details but after 2 days they haven’t replied to my email 🙁

      Reply
    • The bra which I received was not for for purpose. The front zip opens whilst you are wearing the bra and will not remain closed whilst wearing the bra.

The bras are made in China even though the ads have UK company all over them.

I had to write five emails before Loovely would agree to a refund begrudgingly: ‘We will refund the money only this time’ even though their website also says that they offer a 14 day free return and exchange.

They also seem to imply that the Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply to them.

The return is not free and they expect me to send the bra to an address in France before issuing a refund.

I have no confidence that they will do so.

  3. I have received my order but only one item of the two which I ordered. My order took 16 days to arrive and the second item has not arrived as yet. The item does not fit and needs to be returned. The returns policy is very vague and you have to email them for returns and refund details. No address visible and if they do not reply very soon will definitely feel like it was a scam. The advertising is misleading as it makes you believe that the company is in the UK not Shanghai where it has come from. No invoice in the small parcel which came in a little white bubble wrap bag, all wording in chinese on the label. The advertising is quite impressive on the website but I feel very uncomfortable about their dealings. I feel very wary of this company indeed!

  4. I think you are right. I need to return my purchase as it isn’t suitable. I have requested they e-mail me their return address as it is not listed on their site. There was no paper invoice accompyaning the product, so no order number can be found.

    I await their reply

  5. I have to completely agree with everything I have read. I too ordered 2 bras. One has arrived, the other not. There is no return information and although I have contacted them, I’ve still not had a reply. The bra itself is cheap, tacky and has very little support despite all the claims. If anyone does get contacted and given an address, please share it on here.

    • Webpage says bras are made in France and stocked in England … Yet the tracking number they eventually provided shows the bra is coming from CHINA!!! This is DEFINITELY a scam. I have yet to receive the item, despite the website saying “2-7 business days” … It has been 14 business days and counting.

the address i have found is Loovely Hds. 71-75 Shelton Street. WC2HJQ. I am in the process of trying to return 2 bras which are too small. I have emailed so far to no avail.

Don’t bother sending anything back to the address you mention. I did that and have today received my parcel back as they refused it.

This must be the biggest scam out. The response I got was that they don’t give refunds, only credit or exchange.

I wouldn’t want to buy anything else from them so a credit is no good and I certainly don’t want any exchange. I just want my money back. They also took 5 weeks to arrive.

  6. I’ve ordered bras that have so far not turned up. I’ve emailed them 3 times & received no response. I’m guessing that’s my money gone forever. Very disappointed that I fell for it. Avoid this scam site

  7. Rip off, do not buy!!! I bought 3 bra’s here for £90, cheaply made inferior chinese quality product that is not made for large busts or western woman in general the sizing is very small. None of the claims they advertised are fulfilled. I was refused a refund even though by law if purchased online you are entitled to only an exchange . Took me a while to track down an email address (no paperwork came with items) but customer service is non exsistant. STEER WELL CLEAR.

  8. I agree with all the above comments – the advert is totally misleading. There is no uk company. The bra is made in China. Mine arrived after 2 to 3 weeks as opposed to 2 to 5 days. I did eventually receive a tracking number and I was able to follow my parcel. I got replies to my emails and seem to be one of the few people who is actually happy with the product. It is a good fit and is more comfortable than any of my other bras. I have no back bulges with it, unlike all of my other bras.
I love it so much that I have just tried to order two more, using the discount code they sent me with the one that I received last week. Sadly the code does not work. I have emailed them asking them why it doesn’t work, so we’ll se what comes back.
The bottom line really is that the seemingly slick advert is total fiction which indicates a scam somewhere along the line. Grrrrr!

  9. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY
LOOVELY.co.uk is definitely very UNloovely! an extremely misleading website. The product is NOT what we consider ‘organic’ it is nylon with a little bit of cotton in the cup. Product delivery is way out of their 2-5 working days. RETURNs do not exist, despite the website promises. No one would buy a bra if they could not return it. IT appears that one can pay by PAYPAL, however at the payment stage PayPal is not available, so I paid by credit card, happily, as my c/c company have refunded the cost of the item I wish to return, but despite asking daily for a week, I am not given a return address! Let along the promised FREE RETURN label!

    • I also received my product, fits perfectly and absolutely love ❤️
The code they sent me to repurchase was LOOVELY50. When I tried to use it,
It said code was no longer valid…so emailed them. My items were in my cart
and I received an auto reply from France ,saying items are in your cart.
I tried to purchase w/my cc and guess what? It’s declined! Money is available
But for some reason the card is no longer acceptable.???
Waiting to hear back ….we’ll see.

  10. I ordered one bra in early July with the promise of 2 to 5 days delivery. I emailed after 14 days asking for update. No response. I have re-sent the email every day since with a new date at the top……..nothing. Goodbye cash!

  11. I’m embarrassed that I believed this advertising. I have reported the site to Facebook and it seems as if it has been removed. I’m also pursuing issues with my credit card company as miss sold. 🤞

  12. I also ordered a bra which did not arrive for 3 weeks and had no delivery note or any note as to where it could be returned for their 14 day refund policy. The bra is cheap does not fit and the zip does not stay closed . It is not fit for purpose. I have emailed for a return address but heard nothing. It is obviously a scam. By supplying a bra that probably only cost a small amount to make and ship from china they can avoid being accused of theft.
I have accepted that I have lost my money. I am just trying to write reports wherever I can so other people do not fall into the same trap. They have probably made millions already and then we will not hear from them again.

  13. I also agree with many of the comments above. I saw the advert on Facebook and, encouraged by numerous complimentary comments, placed an order for one bra. I am size 14, bra size 36 D, so I followed the guidelines and ordered XL. After a fortnight I emailed to find out why I still had not received the bra, at which point I discovered that it would be sent from China – not my favourite country as Covid-19 originated there! On my bank statement it says Paris, France! The bra finally arrived a couple of days ago after three weeks! It looks pretty enough and seems well made but it is useless for me. I couldn’t do the zip up and the bra completely flattened my bust. There weren’t any return instructions and a friend has told me that it is virtually impossible to return goods to China! I have emailed the Company and await their response, if any!

  14. Do not give up on returning the bra. I was finally given a return address which is based near Paris, not UK as stated on the website. The address seems to sell machine parts but Loovely have assured me it is the correct address. I have contacted at least 10 ladies who have the same problems and we are all complaining and filing complaints through our banks. If you paid by debit card, as I did, my bank will still make a claim against them. I report this company as scammers every time they appear on facebook and you will not see any negative comments, as they block them. I sent my bra back International signed For and they said they have received it so I shall be watching for a refund. It’s not the amount so much, it’s the false, lying attitude and during these times, they should be doing everything they can to encourage sales, not scam people.

  16. I’ve now asked for a refund as no goods have turned up. They supplied me with a tracking number which, surprise surprise turned out to be ‘not found’! We will see whether any goods turn up or whether I receive a refund, I shan’t be holding my breath. How are companies allowed to pretend to be based in UK so easily? I suppose it’s the old adage of ‘caveat emptor’ or buyer beware but really should we have to forensically check the viability of a company before ordering goods? I just feel really stupid for having been duped out of my monies.

    • We ordered 3 bras which arrived in around 3 weeks. One bras was the wrong size, but fits my daughter so that’s fine. I don’t like the material they are made from as they look cheap However they are supportive and really comfortable bras. They wash well and I would buy them again.. I don’t think they are good value for money… But I do like them

  18. The company website is a string of lies. They do not offer a refund. The bras come from Hina. There is no tag on the bras so I expect that would be another excuse to reject the return. The address they eventually gave me was a car parts company in Paris but they would not accept the items I returned. They remove negative comments on their website.

Blatant lying in all their promotional advertising. I am angry with my self , but i read through every thing avalable , and nowhere mentions that LOOVELY

  23. My order did not arrive and the tracking number was invalid. When I emailed I did not get any reply but the goods then came by next day delivery the next day! So that was ordered on 1/7 received 27/7. Not quite 2-7 days . If these bras are made in Paris as it is claimed they are, then they are transported via China or some such it would seem – no ‘made in…’ label and Chinese lettering on inside label and bag label. Sizing shown in English. Any way, I had bought two sizes to try on the promise of free returns. However, no refund instructions on the site, no phone nor address, no UK company registration number on the website and no UK company of that name listed at Companies House and no paperwork in the plastic bags the goods delivered in (yup, not the pretty pink beribboned box of the website!) Neither size fit although I am usually a pretty standard sizing. The shoulder straps are too short and can’t be adjusted. They are decidedly not comfortable, the material is not good quality and all in all they are bulky, the zip fiddly and hard to fasten and the whole thing pretty cheap and nasty looking in my opinion.
I have so far emailed 3 times asking for return/refund instruction and filled in the online contact form. I will review this review if I get any response but don’t hold your breath…….
Bottom Line – been had, I fear – looks like don’t touch this operation with a bargepole!

I didn’t bother posting the stuff to the car parts company in Paris … I thought I was out enough money already!

As Loovely have been removed from FB they are selling the same bras under another company … Olivia.of Saint also ad of FB…. and so the scam continues!

  30. As with all other comments – TOTAL SCAM. Took weeks to arrive, Sub standard when received. Courier tracking shows they come from China ( so to the labels) . Contacted them by email and via their contact us page every day for last 10 days asking for return address. Do get answers but these do not give what I am asking for which is an address. Prepared to exchange if no hope of refund but cannot get an address out of them, All those who have managed to get an address in UK or Paris say the return is refused. About TWO HUNDRED complaints on TrustPilot, They don’t give to cancer charity as they claim and I suspect Cosmopolitan has never heard of them!! So sad because it seems a great idea but is a CON.

Have reported to my credit card company ( some small chance of recovery of money but may not know anything at all for 60 days). Also to Advertising Standards Agency, ActionFraud, posted warnings on Facebook. Will continue to anything and everything I can to warn people whether or not I get my money

Beware of Fashion Safe too – website wording, pictures, claims, reviews all identical. Don’t think this site has any sort of address.

I suspect that if I spend money on sending it back, that will be the last I see of it.

  32. Ordered one bra from this site. They took two separate payments for two bras. I emailed them and they refunded me for one within days. That was about eight weeks ago. To this day, I’ve still not received my order.

  33. As with others, I received no paperwork when the bras were delivered. It also took about 3 weeks to be delivered. I tried one on and, despite some difficulty doing the zip up, I eventually managed and was pleased with the fit etc. I wore it for a couple of hours and it felt like I wasn’t wearing a bra. When I came to take it off I saw that the seam across the bust had come undone and on close inspection saw it had not been sewn together properly. I couldn’t remember the name of the company and because there was no paperwork couldn’t look it up. Interestingly, I came across a similar company offering what looks like exactly the same bra. I assumed this was the same company so emailed them asking if I could return the faulty item. I received a response asking for the order number and a picture of seam. I had to look through my bank statement to find the order number and discovered the different name of company. While I was trying to get hold of LOOVELY I came across a link which took me straight through to the one I’d just contacted in error! Are the two linked in some way? Are they trading under the new name of FASHION SAFE? To be on the safe side I’d give both a wide berth.

  34. So sad to read all the above.
After a month of waiting mine did turn up but I’ve just been searching for information about how to make a return and now realise that I too have been scammed. I bought 2 bras with the intention of returning the one that didn’t fit. Fortunately for me the one I will keep does fit and actually seems ok as does the smaller one but because it doesn’t fit I wanted to return it. I was happy to get a replacement colour in my size but not now after reading everyone’s comments. I may see if the smaller one will fit my daughter because I hold out no hope of getting any response from them and I don’t have the time or energy to chase this up but I am sure that is just what they hope for. I am so annoyed at myself – but as lots of others have said the advertising etc was so slick!

I wish I had seen these reviews before I made the purchase. I ordered one bra then accidentally ordered another in ‘a special deal’. When my parcel arrived I had actually been sent 4 bras however sadly none of them are suitable and like others have commented the zip doesn’t seem to stay closed at the front so it’s pretty useless.
I am about to try contact them but having read all these comments I now don’t hold out much hope…

I bought a bra that, according to their size chart, was the appropriate size for me (I have been professionally measured). The bra eventually arrived after a polite email to remind them of my order. It was way too small. I emailed them and got a reply to return by tracked mail to an address in Paris (very expensive) and they would refund me in 1-5 days of receipt. They took receipt but needless to say the refund has not materialised despite reminders.
