it’s a FRAUD! I placed an order on June 23, 2020 for a $99 kayak. I paid thru PayPal. I got shipping information was that already used (that order was placed by someone else on June 12, 2020 and dely June 20, 2020). I email twice to Nelly with know response , email LoveShop.fun no response and if you look up their address it’s a home. DO NOT BUY FROM LOVE SHOP FUN! I’ve reported them to PAYPAL AND BBB.
I ordered the green kids kayak for $79.99 and was charged an additional $11.99 for a total of 91.98. I’m guessing that was PayPal’s fee. I used my credit card for full purchase. I too bought mine on June 23rd and received email from PayPal that item had shipped and had a UPS tracking # and an ID number. Neither worked both said no order found and the tracking number had 26 numbers where as UPS only takes up to 25. I feel like I’ve been taken
How did you contact PayPal and what did they say to do. Payments through PayPal are supposed to be secure.
I got the same thing on a $99 kayak plus an addition $14 fee. I waited for three weeks to see if anything showed up. It didn’t. I contacted PayPal and they asked what I had done to contact Loveshop and I sent them the emails I had sent to the bogus email. They gave Loveshop 14 days to respond. At 14 days they declared that Loveshop had not fulfilled the sale and refunded my entire payment.
This is a scam. I ordered a Kayak on June 24. I haven’t been given an tracking info. so I looked in PayPal and there was a USPS tracking number and it says it was already delivered. Their email address doesn’t work and there is no phone number. Also there is no way to contact them via paypal
I’m pretty sure its not legit. I ordered from them on the 21st of June and have never recieved a confirmation order or number or email or anything. As soon as I bought it I felt suspicious as the PayPal name was so unprofessional. I cant believe I was duped. This is the very first time I’ve ever bought something that wasn’t from Super reputable site and didn’t do any research first. What a sucker. American Express told me that I couldn’t dispute it until at least 12 days which is 2 days from now. So far, I have received nothing, heard nothing and as you all know there’s no way to reach them because the email they have on the website is not a real email address and there’s no other information.

I’m pretty sure this is not a reputable company. I also ordered on June 23rd and received tracking through PayPal. My order says it shipped on June 13th and that it was delivered on June 19th. I also never received an order confirmation but did happen to take a pic of my order and order #. I feel that thus us not a legitimate company and that they are ripping people off.

SCAM – This is a scam. I ordered my Kayak 6/20/2020 and they charged my credit card card but sent me a tracking number for an item delivered on 6/15/2029. No response to emails, customer service email on website first work.
