I ordered two pairs of shoes and still have not receive them. I have been going back and forth with this lady name Ann inquiring about my orders and now have even told her I want to cancel my orders and demand my refund back. Please tell me how I can dispute this
I truly believe the site is a fraud. I placed the order at the end of May and just got it after several emails. It is now August 29. The shoes came in the wrong side size and they refused to send the correct ones or refund my money. They demand pictures to show what I’m talking about. When the pictures were sent they still did not refund my money. They want me to partially pay for the shoes that I cannot use. I refuse to pay for something I cannot use and waited for 2 1/2 months to get them. The shoes are too big and will not stay on my feet.

I placed an order worth $65 in 6 weeks ago. I have been going back and forth via email for 2 weeks and they just keep sending me repeats of the same message saying to be patient, the package may be “stuck” at the post office, etc. I have demanded a refund and threatened legal action but they are unphased. I’m pretty sure they are based in China and I’m pretty sure I will never see those shoes.

I ordered a pair of shoes in July and havnt received yet, the tracking number is not a good tracking number and I have been going back and forth via email and all they want to offer me is 10% refund on a product I never received….
Ordered shoes on 7/15/20 and still haven’t received them or a legitimate tracking number. Have reached out several times only to get excuses and never a tracking number. I also want to add that my PayPal payment went through for the shoes but to Chellysun – which after investigating is also a scam company. Be warned.

Absolute scam. I ordered shoes on July 26th and still no shoes. It’s been TEN weeks! I’ve gone back and forth with some chick named Adele with the same responses from her. I too was suckered into this company. I’ve bought things from China before and had no problem. Not so with this company. They do send repeat emails, asking for the same information you’d already provided. I filed a dispute with PayPal and after a couple of months waiting on resolution from them, they email me saying a response is in and that I have to respond in 24hrs. Which is fine, I’ve been on top of if since the beginning. But the resolution is for me to mail the shoes I received back to the by 10pm tomorrow and provide PayPal with the tracking number- which is fine. But the company gave them an address fully in Chinese knowing I can’t translate that and take to a U.S post office for shipment.
