Redroad V17 stick vacuum cleaner has been highly rated since its debut. And it has recently won a Gold award in the home appliance category of the MUSE Design Awards 2021, beating 35 thousand others from more than 100 countries and regions.
V17 represents the excellent design, R&D, and production capabilities of the Asian smart home appliance brand Redroad: the exquisite look, military-grade materials, high quality… And it represents the new lifestyle, which integrates hygiene, quality, art, and aesthetics, that Redroad initiated in the home appliance industry.
Once again, Redroad wins global recognition
The jurors of MUSE unanimously agree that ‘Redroad V17 has succeeded to deliver powerful features within a stunning look and set a new standard for the design and production of smart home appliances.’
The MUSE Design Awards was created by the International Awards Associate (IAA) in 2015 with the intention to find and support promising designers. It’s known for professional and strict evaluation. Each year, 46 jurors from 25 countries gather to evaluate the works strictly according to the high standards.
As one of the top design awards in the world, the MUSE Design Awards attracts many prestigious brands and designers such as IKEA and Michelin. Winning a MUSE award is an achievement that brings fame, prestige, and recognition.
Redroad V17 has a strong performance and low noise. But more importantly, it’s an innovator that introduced bold colors to the bleak landscape of the vacuum cleaner world. That’s the real reason it has won the recognition of so many.
Redroad ‘Dream Team’ sweeps global design awards
Behind the hot-selling Redroad V17 is the Redroad ‘Dream Team’, a team of 12 vacuum cleaner experts. The V17 project manager has 28 years of experience in the industry. Before V17, he’s directed more than 100 projects of vacuum cleaners and other home appliances. (One model he developed for a North American brand is a world sales record keeper in the category for 12 consecutive years.) And the vacuum cleaner projects he has been involved in have yielded 50 million vacuum cleaners in total, which equals 4 months of the world’s production. If we line up 50 million vacuum cleaners, they can circle the equator of the earth 8 times.
Other team members are also home appliance experts with at least 10 years of experience. They have deep insights into customer needs with strong customer empathy and extensive experience. They are the reason that Redroad keeps on delivering competitive products with cutting-edge technologies, fine materials, and advanced processing.
The two R&D directors of Redroad have more than 1,000 patents in total. The chief ID designer, named one of the top ten young Chinese designers, once led the design for a world top bicycle brand and was awarded by the brand’s global design committee. Redroad also invited three PhDs from the University of British Columbia to develop AI applications.
70% of all vacuum cleaners in the world are produced in Suzhou, China. And among the top 15 chief technical engineers in China, 3 are based in the Redroad R&D center in Suzhou. Suffice it to say, Redroad has a top-level talent pool.
Over the past several years, Redroad has won the most important industrial design awards including IDEA (International Design Excellence Awards), CMF DESIGN AWARD, iF Design Award, Red Dot Award, G-Mark Award, etc.
With craftsmanship and cutting-edge technologies, Redroad ventures deep into the relationship between aesthetics, art, and life, and endeavors to redefine home cleaning with exquisite, good-looking, endurable and user-friendly ‘daily life art pieces’. And it’s determined to give the customers more than they ask for.
