I ordered one of those by stupid mistake what do I do now
We got ours today. Yep, they are not an expensive telescope. But the magnification is much better than our binoculars. And it’s reall light weight. Does not feel cheap. Good value…
I too got duped into buying not just one but three of these telescopes for my grandchildren
A few minutes after making the order (thru PayPal), my son informed me that this product had nothing but negative reviews and stated they were cheaply made products and were not as represented.
I immediately (within 10 minutes of the order) emailed them to cancel as I was no longer interested based on their negative reviews.
They wrote me back thanking me for the order and that it was to late for me to cancel as they had already notified the”supplier” (probably China) and that the shipper too had been notified.
I informed them that I had just moments ago made the order and that it made no sense that they could not/would not cancel.
I then informed them if the items were still shipped, I would be refusing the package upon the delivery.
Do not recommend this company. Very shady and unethical business practices.
Hi Ken, I had the same kind of experience, but luckily purchased the telescope via PayPal, so they refunded me the money.
For all other possible buyers:
# you can not return this item
# tripod is of poor quality. 1 of the legs came off when I tried to use it.
# i hardly could see anything when I used it with my iPhone 11
# shipping time was over 1 month
# the CS answers your email, but they make it as difficult as possible. For example, they asked me to make a video of the broken tripod, because the picture I send was not sufficient
# they offer you to return the package on your own cost back to China
# same item was available at the Wallmart website for only 60% of the Nozdy website
How safe are you if you used PayPal for this transaction ? Just reading this info now as I patiently wait for my POS telescope or bank acct cleaned out which ever might come first.

I have had a very similar experience as Ken and Harold.
I only wish I had done due diligence and checked the reviews.
The product arrived yesterday. It is a cheap quality product, and the magnification is not what I thought it would be.
Also, not easy to use or to set up and the tripod that I got with it does not look very robust.
I tried to cancel my order within a day of placing the order and was told it was too late.
I am now trying to return the product but have been asked to first relay to the company what my issues are.
Very deceptive company and not easy to deal with for returns. I will continue to press my case.
I definitely do not recommend them at all.
