  1. I ordered this product over a month ago. I haven’t recieved it and it shows zero movement. I cannot talk to a live person and keep getting the run around. So who kmows if the product actually works, butbi do know the customer service sucks! I will have to dispute the charges with my bank to get my money back. This company is fraudulent!

Yes, the green tea mask that Peelymatcha.com sells is a total scam! This product does not do what it advertises! The gel is so thin, and it does not pull sebum from your pores at all. Opposite of what it advertises in their videos they post.

Peelymatch uses and steals reviews and photos from the original Dr. Sugarm brand. Look at the photos uploaded by people that wrote a review on their website, carefully, the packaging says “Dr. Sugarm.

Also, I was under the impression that this brand is from the USA, no it is a Chinese brand. Made in China! The product name isn’t even peelymatcha, it’s Fair King. Shipping packed from China, so it takes long time.

I tried leaving negative reviews on their website. But it was they will “review” my post and it never gets posted. Also they deleted my comment on Facebook when I called them out on stealing reviews and photos.

  2. This is a SCAM and likely even this article is paid for by the “brand”. Ordered over a month ago and have received not so much as a single shipping update or a tracking number.

  3. I ordered this product over a month ago. It said it would take up to 18 business days to arrive. It has been about a month and a half…and I finally received a product. The ingredients on the product I received- which is NOT made in the US, but made in China- do NOT at all match up with the ingredients listed on the website. DO NOT order from this company!!

  4. They’re a scammer! I got my product after a month, and it was a counterfeit version of the item. You can get the same thing they sent me – Fair King brand green tea mask – on AliExpress for $3. PayPal is making me go through hell to refund me, as they want me to return the item first but internationally so it’ll cost me just as much to send it back as my refund is worth. Save yourself the time and aggravation!

  5. I ordered the green tea face mask from them over a month ago, it arrived today May 27th. The product is made in China and it was shipped from California. It didn’t remove anything from my pores. All it did was pull some fine hairs off my face. I wouldn’t order again.
