  1. I ordered a mug and a poster on May 22 2020. I received an confirmation email that day and was told I would be getting a tracking number in a couple days. On June 1 2020 I emailed because I never received a tracking number. They emailed back on June 2nd with a tracking number that didn’t work. I emailed them several times and they do not get back to quickly. I think for the 10 emails I sent them I got 2 responses…like form letters. I finally got my mug on June 18th but not the poster. Again several emails to them and a promise back that I will hear from them within 24-48 hours which still hasn’t happened. I’m so disappointed in this company and their customer service. The mug was adorable but I would never order from them again . I’m trying to get a refund for the poster I never received and still no response.

  2. Save your time and money! Do NOT order from this company. Ordered t shirt gift for Father’s Day, on month now and still no t-shirt! Sent them 3 emails only to receive form letter generic responses. Says you can track through some random app you have to give special permissions to access your info. Disappointed because they have cute items. Recent domain purchase and lack of customer service makes me think they are not in the USA despite domain registered to an address in Michigan. Never again Personal Fury! If I do not receive soon will be contacting my credit card company to dispute.

  3. This website is garbage. Their “all positive reviews” is bs, they don’t let you post a bad review. I’ve had a horrible experience with them, and some douche “Randy Orton” in customer service was not only useless but rude. Buy somewhere else. I ordered a gift weeks in advance and it took almost a month to get here, past the date I needed it for.

  5. I ordered a tee shirt for Father’s Day. Tried tracking it. Told me my package was in my town weeks ago. Never received it. I have sent numerous e-mails to Personal Fury. They told me it was lost and that they would send a replacement. No thanks! Father’s Day was three weeks ago. Told them I wanted my money back. They said it wasn’t their policy to give refunds!!! I am disputing the charges on my credit card. They can fight with them. I am done with this POS company. Never again!

  6. Beware, they charge your credit card in Canada so my bank added an extra fee to process the charge since it was international charge. They state they are in the USA on there website so why would they charge the card in Canada? Never going to order from them again. BEWARE!

  9. Do not use this company. I ordered 2 items, they gave me a fake tracking number and i called them out on it, now they will not return my emails. It is a SCAM!!! Glad I payed with PayPal..

  10. Ordered a gift for a neighbor for Christmas 21 days ago. Received an email with a tracking #. After tracking, it was indicated my package would be delivered Dec. 7.
    It is now the 9th and I still have not received it. I attempted to reach them by phone to no avail. I sent them several emails, but no one has actually contacted me yet. I even checked with my post office to see if it was delivered there. They did not have it and also said the tracking number was incorrect, no such number. So where am I to turn to now in order to get this resolved.
    While posting this review, I see others are experiencing the same ordeal as well as I am, including that their tracking numbers are also incorrect.

    • I ordered an ornament for my mom Nov.13 and it was shipped out Nov.28. It was an international order and she just received it today. It looks great exactly as advertised. I’m not going to lie I got a bit worried with all these bad reviews, but I was fortunate to have a pleasant experience.

      • I received a tracking number that said my package arrived on December 14th. I sent them an email telling them I never received my item. They sent me an email with a tracking number then sent me another email stating they sent the wrong information. Since it showed it was delivered they weren’t willing to work with me. When I kept insisting I didn’t get the item I ordered and wanted a refund, Riley Perry sent me a very rude and condescending email and wasn’t willing to refund my money or even listen to me. This place is a scam!!
