  2. Ordered a 12×36″pool. I have sent them numerous emails. I was starting to get worried. Didn’t receive a reply for almost a week and a half and the email resided in china. Not a US based company. I was told deliveries would be made from 7-20 days after ordering. On day 23 still no tracking or delivery information was provided and have since requested a refund based on similar reviews I’ve seen posted now.

  3. I made an order for a swimming pool and after paying through PayPal contacted the company to find out when it would be shipped. The phone number was disconnected and 4 attempts through 2 emails avail on their site have not been answered. I’ve opened a claim on PayPal and plan to open one on BBB. I’ve never been scammed before and it’s humiliating bc I thought I had done my research.

  5. I have ordered a 12×36 pool, I even got a delivery date but has since passed and now the site – using an app called ‘SHOP’ which I have removed – indicates nothing and no pool has been delivered. I placed the order on June 11, 2020. I have filed a dispute thru my credit card and hopefully will get my money back. I do believe that this site is a SCAM site so buyer beware.

  6. I ordered a pool on 6/21. After lack of any tracking or email with status and ETA, I emailed and messaged the address given, without any reply. I called a few times and the number was disconnected. I filed a claim with PayPal and intend to file a complaint against the site as fraudulent. This site is undoubtedly a scam.

  7. I ordered a pool on June 9th and nothing…..I emailed three different addresses and nothing!! Also, (219) 710-9664 is a non-working number!!!!!! I don’t know how they get away with this when you have to go through paypal to pay for whatever you order. I’m pretty sure the person that gave a good review right before my review is a person working for or the owner of this company “if it even is a company” DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

  9. I ordered a swimming pool June 9th. Received what appeared to be a tracking number, which does not give any updated tracking data. A file has been made with PayPal, as my emails have never been returned. I looked this morning and the “Plygonow” website is not valid anymore. It has been taken down in it’s entirety! Unbelievable!

  17. Ezekiel that is true. PayPal should not be involved with such a fraudulent company and they have declined my case to try to get my money back. Same thing happened to me. I ended up with a pool that is 6 ft x 22 in and paid 79.99 + shipping. Because I was sent something PayPal isn’t going to assist me in getting a refund and I can’t send the pool back now. because there isn’t a return address. Also, Plygonow website is gone. Shame on PayPal! There should be a class action law suit.
