Ivenit heard back from them only once they refund me for one item. Because item was damage so they didn’t send it to me. I got the refund for one tip. But two other items not recieved. I ordered first part of January. Its supposely in Houston for almost two weeks notgoing anywhere. I contacted them several times no response. It says email not delivered.

Pretzelies is awful. My order is wrong, no one will reply after 4 requests. The I emailed again, and got a reply that thet were on vacation. I wrote an additional email after the vacation return date, and they will nor respond again! Ugh… this company is horrible. Do not use them!
Buyer beware! Company shipment error and they will not send full refund $52.75. One shirt wrong color & one wrong style. I sent them pictures of shirts received. Company only offered $8.00 refund & wants me to send shirts back to China at my expense! After several emails Pretzelies has stopped responding. Company owes me $52.75. Disappointed and I will never order from this company.
