  4. My name is Sharon N Gibbons My email is sharongibbons@cox.net, address 2566 East Lynwood Street Mesa, AZ 85213. I cosigned for an auto loan for my nephew
Chris Aust for an older truck. The interest was so high he could not keep up with the payments. Santander Consumer USA repossessed that truck. They came after me and I payed $8000. I got a 1099-C for 2019 a cancellation of debt for $10434.56. They repossessed the truck. I paid $8000 Kris paid I don’t know how much but thousands, plus I got the 10099-C for $10434.56 on my taxes for 2019. The truck was a 2012 I believe which makes the truck way not worth what Kris and I paid out, plus they took the truck. I understand there was an settlement against Santander Consumer USA, I have not heard anything from Santander. Is there a way to see what the settlement was and will I be contacted.
