Total scam. They say their business is B2B & B2C. Stupid as I am I ordered a pair of Harpoon (tortoise) sunglasses.
They sent fake COSTA sunglasses (no 580/580P in top corner of right lens) , and they were the wrong model.
A week after receipt they want to keep the wrong, fake glasses and issue me a 30% refund.
Don’t be stupid like me. DO NOT BUY?
Here is my experience with this “company”. I ordered two pair of glasses in May and received 2 pair of glasses about 20 days after ordering them. Neither pair is what I ordered, not even close! I emailed the customer service and received what I thought was a personalized response, albeit, with questionable sentence structure. Here is what has been emailed back to me twice now. “We are so sorry for the trouble. It must be messed up during packaging time. As it is still good and wearable, could you please keep it this time or send it to your friend ?” This is ridiculous! The glasses sent to me are not my style. I would not wear them ever. Also, the response, a copy an paste one clearly, tells me this is a common issue with this company. I’ve asked for a full refund and a prepaid shipping label be sent to me so I can return the glasses which. I suspect they cannot get the glasses I ordered because they did not tell me my actual order was on the way. BUYER BEWARE! My experience tells me this company’s credibility is poor with many customers and their primary goal is not satisfied customers. It’s more focused on selling as many glasses as they can.
Unfortunately, I was stupid, too, and was sucked in by the incredibly low prices before doing my research. I got scammed with totally cheap fake glasses. STAY AWAY.
