What is Vacuumax?

The Website makes vacuum brushes that clean dirt in every nook. The website claims that this is the most powerful vacuum brush that can clean every dirt particle. This vacuum brush has a universal attachment that can be connected to any vacuum cleaner.

The company claims that this vacuum brush can clean those areas in which ordinary vacuum cleaners can’t clean, thus making the environment fresh and dirt-free, especially in today’s time. The brush of this vacuum cleaner consists of small suction tubes that are so flexible that it can suck the dirt from every small or big corner.

It deploys a revolutionary technology of cleaning up dirt from small objects rather than picking them up. Vacuumax Review explains how the Ergonomic grip provides comfortable gripping and controls the tiny brushes to clean effectively. The Vacuum comes with a universal adapter, which makes it possible to attach to the different styles of Vacuum cleaners all over the world.

The quality also looks satisfactory as the company is also offering two years warranty. The site also provides a tracking facility to check the status of the shipped orders at any item after the payment is made.

Is vacuumax legit?

It is a new website with no social media presence. Not many customer reviews are present apart from their website. Though the products are priced not so high.

In return and refund section, such terms and conditions are given for some other products only such as perishable goods, which even the company is not selling. They have not given their company address or any contact number in the contact us section.

On the contrary, the site claims that happy customers are delighted to use the product repeatedly for cleaning their homes as well as their cars. It enables easy cleaning of window blinds and light furniture by getting fixed on various styles of Vacuums such as Shark Rotator, etc.

The mixed Vacuumax Reviews does not help much to build customer loyalty. Also, it becomes a difficult task to understand the legitimacy of the site.

To confirm the authenticity and know the intrinsic details of the website, keep reading this blog. It will help you to create a decision whether to buy from this site or not.

Customer Reviews on Vacuumax

As also mentioned on the website, it is a 2020 innovation. Also, they do not have much social media presence. Not many customer reviews are present online. Though the website has itself given few of their customers feedback on their Home page. According to which, it is a superb product, and can clean fragile places also very neatly.

Customers reviews say that the company has the best and fast delivery. The query form is helpful in solving customer grievances instantly. The fruitful results have led customers to experience easier breathing and less of health problems in their family members.

The policies related to refund, exchange, and privacy settings are not clearly mentioned on the official website. Additionally, the company ships products over $75 for free while the shipping charges for returned items are applicable. This result in a lot of customers not satisfied with the services offered by the company.

As mentioned on the official website, the vacuumax cleaner has been published by many magazines, radio and news channels, and newspapers like People, Marie Claire, iHeart radio, NBC, cosmopolitan, Elle, and Codebringer.

Final Verdict

In return and refund section, the company has given return conditions for perishable goods, flowers, DVD, CDs, Vinyl tapes, sanitary goods, magazines, etc., though the website sells only vacuum cleaners, which creates doubt in our mind.

If in case the customer has filled the wrong address, he can report it on their email address within 24 hours of placing the order; otherwise, no refund will be provided for the order.

The company also offers the customers to visit their office and test their products physically before buying them, as they do not have any physical store.

As the Vacuumax Reviews are unavailable on the other review pages, it seems like a fake site, and we do not recommend the same to our readers.

The refund and return policies are ambiguous on the site and create a suspicion in the minds of the customers.

So, analyze the site cautiously, and think twice before booking the Vacuum Brush from VacuuMax.

  1. Could this mysterious website be both legit and something else, think of a legitimate product that also works as a phishing decoy?

The lack of substantial signals of legitimacy are keeping me away from this product for the time being.

Thank you so much for your details about how vacuumax does business,
    this is a valuable service.
I will save the dodbuzz.com address, and use it.

    • OMGosh! I was looking to go onto google to leave a review for this company, and came across your article. I purchased this product from the company Vacuumax, and its a total scam! I saw their ad on Youtube and thought it looked like a great product. Ordered a couple and definitely thought the price was too high, but ordered 2 anyway without researching. I received a from a company email, of a name called “Pandoo” that the package would be going out shortly. There was a word on the page saying “Vacuumax” with a logo, but the actual product I purchased was not mentioned in this email at all. I did receive a tracking number a few days later. and I did receive “A Package” about 10 days later. Heres what it was. 1 padded manila envelope, with a return address of only a street and city and state of “Rosemead California”, address. Inside was one, plastic, cheap straw attachment, no instructions, no invoice, no words anywhere of Vacuumax. This item was not the item I saw in the ad I purchased from and anyway there was only one and I paid for 2. It doesn’t fit a vacuum hose and the straws I guess they wanted you to push them up inside??? So total 50 cent item, at the most. I went back to try and find a website for them, no contact information, no customer service, no phone numbers or anything to contact for returns or help. I did find a “contact” section and filled it out with my info and return request for the order I received. Someone did send me an email back, but it was not from Vacuumax, or Pandoo, but this time from a company called CSPremier or something like that. I preceeded to explain I did want a return, this was not what I ordered and I didn’t receive what I ordered anyway and so on. This person proceeded to tell me they wanted to make things right, and offered me 30% off any item on “Their” website. First off, I asked them who they were that I was trying to reach Vacuumax. They never responded with an answer. I told them I didn’t want to buy anything from them and I wanted to return this and I wanted them to pay for the return with a prepaid label. The next response was again, apologizing and then asking me if I wanted to proceed with a return. I think I already said that to them. After telling them again, that I want a return and full refund, this person gets back to me and tells me they will give me a full refund but I have to pay for the shipping back, and heres the address to send to WITH TRACKING, for proof, CHINA! He gives me a Chinese address and tells me to send this 50 cent item with a tracking number to them in China. Now I know I’ve got a scammer. I write back and again ask who he is and who this company is, responding to an email about Vacuumax. I also ask him very specifically why he is asking me to send an item to China, for my money back, when the item was sent to me from Rosemead CA, and isn’t even the item I ordered. No response at all, just says they will refund after receiving it. So see the big scam. Chinese taking money into China accounts and then offering a refund if you send it back to them in China, so you won’t because of the costs. Then the scammer front is in the USA sending the packages out from a US address, with no name, company info or anything. To make it even better is that this product is actually sold in Walmart, Wish and Amazon to say a few, and the price is between $3.50 to $8.00. This “Vacuumax, Pandoo, CSPremier” company or whomever they are, is copying these other stores items, probably in China, for 3 cents, and then selling it, and get this, for $62.00, with free shipping, how nice. I think these Chinese people are actually getting away with this scam as our government is just too busy to get these guys. SO SCAM ALERT! Theres another China company, SCAMMER, out there also, using the same method of taking money into China, sending an item from the US, and when you get something different and want to return, you must send it back to China for a refund….. Need new teeth? Don’t fall for the company promising to make you new upper and lower full teeth retainers, to cover your own teeth. You’ll receive a set of Halloween teeth, plastic, about 10 cen

      • There are a lot of these ads popping up on my facebook page. Appear in American dollars so assume an American product, but no so. All Chinese products and all a scam. Am in the process of trying to get a refund for a degreaser (x2) from Paypal. No luck so far. The company took 4 weeks to send a tracking number only after repeated emails and paypal intervention. 2months later still waiting.

      • Well I made the mistake of thinking I would support the original company who make this product, I then ordered one costing £25 it did arrive in just a plastic pouch bag. It was a cheap looking thing of very poor quality and it did not fit my Vax upright hoover, I emailed complaining and said it did not fit, I was told and quoted their returns policy, I still said I wanted to return and then got an address in France!
As this would cost me about £10 to return it I said no thanks I was then offered a percentage refund of very little and said I would take it. I am still waiting.
Piece of junk, that’s what I get for paying full whack, trying to support a ‘small business’, when I could have gotten one on amazon for about £8! Which would probably have fitted…..
I have emailed again but not holding my breath, lesson learnt!!
Tip- tie a bunch of straws together with elastic band, use them with hoover attachment, does the same job!!

      • Such a scam..it was rubbish. Paid $50 AUD. Agree totally with Jenny (july 19th) about seeing their ad on youtube and it looked so convincing and incredible and purchased it straight away. Arrived from china in a padded envelope with no other details. Tried it and it doesn’t even work the way it should. Not picking up anything tiny or dust. What a rip off. Never again will i purchase anything seen on youtube ads.

      • Thank you so much for your response, Jenny! I have the same experience up to the point of not receiving a response to my multiple requests for a return authorization. I will waste no more of my time or money with these people. The only further business I have on this matter is with the trash can! CAVEAT EMPTOR!

    • Hi Matt

I bought a mouthpiece type electric toothbrush from these scammers and have contacted them three times and they haven’t replied. it cost 150 dollars and I could tell on day one it was useless. please don’t purchase anything that has the email address PremiumCS.reamaze.com.

    • Jenny, if you have the time, why don’t you take the product and copies of any and all emails you have from “them” to your local US Postmaster/mistress? Sounds like you have a good base for making a complaint of mail fraud, which is a federal offense to me. Ask them their opinion on the matter. Then proceed as advised. Good Luck.

    • I’ve had the same problem. I ordered one from the Vacuumax site because it was supposed to be 50% off. It took a couple of weeks to arrive and the shipping label showed Chino, Ca as the address for the sender. Came in a small padded envelope with NO papers in it at all. No invoice, instructions, and no label. The “straws” are stiff but in the infomercial they looked very flexible. I, too, watched the Dust Daddy ad and it looks the same to me. This will not fit my Dyson nor my other vacuum. I emailed the company and finally got a return message. I was told I could return it in the same packaging, unused and in perfect condition to an address in France. They also offered a 25% refund if I wanted to keep it. I told them twice it doesn’t fit either one of my vacuum cleaners and the reply was the same as in their ad, that it fits ALL vacuum cleaner. In the last message they offered a 20% discount. I have started a dispute with my credit card company. After my last message I was offered a 20% refund. After reading some of these comments, I too believe there is a scam.

  3. The product looks wonderful in the infomercial, but the link disappeared before I had a chance to connect to it. When I do a Google search, there is no direct link to the company.
This ~ and reading the above ~ makes me just a little bit leery of looking any further…even tho I would love to have a product that works like this.
Maybe I’ll just sit tight on my money until more can be learned…. ??

    • I agree! What made the “red lights” go off for me was their return and refund section and how they have return policies for perishables, flowers, DVDs & CD, Vinyl tapes, sanitary goods & magazines BUT NOTHING for appliances or specifically vacuums and they don’t have ANYTHING other than the Vacuumax on the damn site!

    • You can buy them at Walmart, Wish and Amazon, along with other stores, for anywhere between $3.50 to $8.00. This company is probably just buying those at $3,50 and then reselling it for $62.00 to $79.00. Big China scam.

  4. My spidey senses started tingling when I was identified by my location and warned that there are only 7 units left and that I qualify immediately for a 50% discount and that further discounts would apply if I purchased more. Oh, and that I had less than ten minutes to make my purchase. The ticking clock… Bullshit strategies used by scammers. No sale.

  5. I bought a Vacuumax at the end of June 2020 (foolishly, without realizing there were MANY similar products out there). I paid US$44, and received the item promptly, within a week. The return address was listed as P.O. Box 6368, Rosemead, CA 91770. However, the attachment did not fit my Dyson so I initiated a return. There was no telephone number on the website, only a webform. They replied via email and first offered me a 30% discount on a product, but I wanted to return it since it didn’t fit my vacuum. They gave me a return address in China, and required that the return had to be mailed there, and include tracking. When I went to the post office, they said that the lowest rate that I could get with tracking would be over $50. So their return policy is effectively NO RETURNS. And the $44 price tag is outrageous, when there are so many other products available for under $10. So that is my stupidity for not being a more careful consumer. Always check to see if there are similar products!! And their claim of refunds being available is disingenuous when they know they will require tracked returns all the way to China. It’s definitely a SCAM and one to AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

  6. Yesterday I emailed the company on the website “contact us” email link asking them why the price goes from £23.99 to £24.18 when I get to the paying section at CART. I have received no reply, however I suppose any excuse could well involve Covid 19, since just about every other company and organisation is blaming anything and everything on the Chinese disease, and previously of course just about everything was blamed on BREXIT, which has fallen down the news agenda for now.

  8. Thanks all the others for their inputs. I too will wait until we get more seller info and the return policy is a little more concrete. It seemed the inventor in the infomercial was American, but it’s kinda fishy the product comes from France. Meanwhile, I’ll experiment with a bundle of straws shoved into the opening of a vacuum hose and see how well it works.

  9. I rushed through without my usual caution and payed the price. Shipping took a month. The attachment is not universal, so I’m having to bodge a bridging sleeve to my Dyson (!!!). I looked at the thing when it arrived and thought “Hmmm… looks a bit Blue Peter”. Having now tried my decently bodged attachment, I find that I need to hold the thing with two hands whilst vacuuming so that the rubber bung containing the ‘filaments’ (kids plastic drinking straws) doesn’t fall back in its plastic sleeve. I’d need to glue the bung in myself to make the seal airtight – not what you’d expect for £36.00.
To sum up: reminds me of the song by Neil Young and Crazy Horse entitled ‘Piece Of Crap’.

Started a dispute with PayPal so maybe I’ll get a refund.

Tracking says it arrived in Australia, where i live, on the 11th of August and i still haven’t received it. 100% sure it doesn’t take a month to get to me in my own country, even with COVID affecting mail deliveries.
