The accident timing is found to be around 8.45pm. The investigators saw many car parts as evidence.

The victim was transferred to the Atlantic General Hospital.

She was again transferred to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

According to police, the victim was with her pet dog. The dog is found safe after the crash.

The car driver is Russell Kimball, 62. Terri Wattay, aged 59, is the accident’s victim.
