  1. It is a royal pain trying to get a refund. Sort of reminds me of Abbot & Costello’s routeen ‘Whose on first…’.

    • I came to the website after I saw an advertisement for ZoLucky clothing. Some of the clothes are completely identical to some that used to be advertised by Nora Cora. All of the clothing I purchased from Nora Cora was horrible. The clothing in the photos are colorful and appear to be knitted in texture. The actual clothing is a very thick polyester, shiny fabric, plastic-like that can only be compared to that of some Halloween costumes and that is all you could use it for. Your skin can’t breathe in it, but you would definitely not want to wear it anyway, because it is so ugly. Also everything was extremely small. It takes months to receive it because it comes from China. Then you can’t return it because you can’t get it back to them within 15 days and it is too expensive to return due to customs charges or something like that. So you wait forever to get a reply from them, then they offer you something like 10 or 15% of the money paid as a refund. When you dispute that, they offer a little more. The scarf I ordered was so pretty in the photo, also the thick shiny fabric and it would not even go around my neck. The only thing I could wear was a pair of raindeer earrings, which were OK, and a pair of red boots. The boots do not have the trademark shown in the photos, they are made of very flimsy material, but they do fit and I can wear them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They keep changing their name. When I wrote the the FCC and BBB, they wanted to know what names the company held. They had an office in California, which I assume is a front. BEWARE, These advertised clothes are not at all like what you receive.

      • Thank you for your post. I remembered reading about ripoff companies like these. They change their company name as soon as people they have ripped off begin to post complaints online. These companies post pictures of one item and you receive JUNK. People need to remember the old adage: If it seems too good to be true, it isn’t. The prices are way too low for what is pictured. Also, when you google Zolucky, you will get a lot of sites giving you their “fake” expert opinion on whether this site is legit or not. I just finished reading one in poorly written english saying that Zolucky is a safe site. Obviously someone from China wrote it. China’s textiles, makeup, jewelry is loaded with toxins. Why would anyone buy anything from China knowing they are unethical even with their own people. To everyone ripped off, file a charge “dispute” with your credit card company. They will take back the money from their account and return it to you. [Read up on how to file a dispute if you are not familiar with how to do this.]

        • Hi Betty,
You are correct, I have been ripped off by companies like these so many times I just dont order of these sides anymore. Even by paying with pay pal it is really hard to get your money back.

      • I had the same problem. I ordered a “sweatshirt” in October of 2020. It finally showed up in December 2020. What I got was a far cry from what the website described. The “sweatshirt” was made out of very flimsy nylon material. There was no hem, the cuffs on the sleeves had been cut in half, and the neck had been cut off. I followed the instructions on the site to get a refund. They asked me to send pictures of the faulty item, which I did. They offered me a 20% refund and I could keep the item. I told them this was unacceptable and that I wanted all my money back and I needed a return label. They then offered me 40% back and I could keep the item. The return label was for CHINA. It would have cost $65 to return it. They do not have a US return center. I was so angry. They really have you in a jam. I took the 40% back, lost my $11.50 in shipping. I would NEVER buy from this scam. The clothes are not what they describe. I believe the great reviews on the site are fake. I tried to write a review and they had already taken my order out of the system so you can’t do a review. I have contacted my state attorney general consumer fraud devision.

    • This company is a fraud. Everything I order was a LIE. Please DO NOT shop at this place. I order a sweater I got a blouse this a sweater print pattern. I order a large scarf and it came in a small with L as the size. The shoes are poorly made. I sent picture to show them what I receive and they want to give me 10% back. It will cost me double to send it back and THEY said they will keep 30% of what I paid.
Going to contact BBB about them.
      No shame in their game

    • Go to the website of the FCC and file a complaint. If you put the order on credit card, dispute it with them. If you used pay pal, complain to them. This company is horrible. You will drain your energy trying to get your money back and you will never get it all back. You cannot send it back to them without paying a lot to send it back and then if they receive it they probably won’t give you a refund. Nora Cora used to advertise the exact same items as this company and they kept changing their name, probably so they can keep scamming people. Everything is too small it all comes from China.

  2. The stuff is garbage. It’s cheap, like kid’s halloween fabric, bad sewing and printed colors. It does’t fit. It smells. It doesn’t look like the photos. There is now way the models actually wear the clothes one buys. I had to throw everything away.

    • I sent pictures to show what I received and they claim they will give me 15% back to pay for “Sizing” How can you fix a to small print on a sweater thats too small and fix a sweater that’s coming apart. BBB will be contacted. I hope they can close them down. This is ridiculous.

  4. All of the above comments I read are the same thing I have complaints about. I ordered a Long Sleeve Solid Cashmere Fleece Fuzzy Sweaters in white. What I got was a piece of garbage. No tags inside the sweater, because I looked when it didn’t feel like cashmere, or even close, no fuzzy as pictured, not even sewn very well. Looked like someone trying to sew for the first time. No quality.
I ordered Daily Flat Heel Sneakers, way to big. Maybe they were for a man but they didn’t look to be a pair of shoes a man would wear and not advertised as such. But after trying to send back the sweater for a refund I found that I may as well keep them, and accept my losses. I would advise no one to order from this company, worst ever I have ordered from.

  5. This company sounds exactly like Rotita. If you can’t read where a company is located then BEWARE! Good luck in getting your money back after following directions for returns! Absolutely dispute charges with your bank and PayPal! Pretty sure these companies are all the same crooks changing their business names!

    • Sorry to say that their return address is in China and it costs a fortune to send your item back. You have been scammed like the rest of us.

  6. This just may be the worst purchase I ever made. Prices seem good and pictures are pretty BUT the clothing is not as described and cheaply made. A `knitted sweater’ was a very thin printed fleece, not knitted at all.
The jeans arrived with a tear in the top front of leg and a shirt had a seam that wasn’t sewn completely. Customer service ( Christine Wu ) offered me 15% off jeans to get them repaired. I wanted to return the items, had to take pictures of each of the 8 items in their original packaging with item numbers and each postal bag with the tracking numbers ( order came in 5 different packages, one never arrived ). After doing this, I was given a return authorization number and another offer for 15% off entire purchase to keep it. I was also warned that returns shipped back to China at my expense plus tariffs.
After 20 or so e-mails and no resolve, I contacted my credit card company and disputed the claim. I was given a complete refund.
Junky clothing, the worst customer service and a terrible return policy. My advice….AVOID Zolucky and save yourself the time and aggravation.
