      1. Nope ! credit card charged and no product. NO way to contact them, web site takes you in circles. Telephone number doesn’t answer!

        1. I spent over $500 on a trampoline on May 20th, and their response is there is no order number for the email address. I uploaded bank statements and there is no response. Their phone number listed is purely automated and tells you to use live chat. Their representatives are so clueless, and I go round and round with them. However, they cant process returns or refunds either, and I have. You have to do it only through the email which has the order number….but guess what? In their order confirmation, there is no order number! Scam! I cant believe I spent over $500 on a scam.


          1. Me too! I ordered a trampoline in May also. Same exact experience. We have been scammed. They are based out of Irvine, I think it is time to get law enforcement involved. Maybe the DAs office. Wire fraud? Theft? I have an order #, but no tracking number. The chat feature goes around in circles. You cannot reach anyone by phone. I just want a refund.

    1. I had an extremely unpleasant experience with them. My order was suppose to arrive in one month. Unfortunately 2 month has passed by and I was told it will be take another two months to get here. I found out that they sell you the item which does NOT exist (and pretend that it is in the warehouse) and once they get paid, they place the order with a manufacturer in China. They refuse to take any responsibilities (although they use sweet talks) and refuse to refund. I have currently asked my bank to reverse the payment and I am also in the process of filing a complaint with BBB. The BBB has trouble to locate the company which makes me think of their Legitimacy and furthermore leads me to believe they might be fraud.

They took the money out of my account on June 7 ($149.00) .. ITEM NEVER ARRIVED. Been emailing them for a week. Just got this reply:

      “I am very sorry for this mistake. Regrettably, since your order says it was shipped you will need to contact your bank and dispute the credit card charge. We wil then be able to accept the dispute and you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days.”

  3. They seem like a scam to me. Or close to it. I placed an order on 5/23/2020. I got an email a day later saying I (a customer) was what made their company great. OK, that’s nice, I thought. Within hours I got another email saying they’d canceled my order. I asked why and they said they’d tried for “more than a week” to get the item. I assume they’ll actually refund as they said they will.

    But, my guess is that this is an arbitrage site—they have little to nothing in stock. When an order is placed, they scramble to see if they can find it sufficiently below the sales price. If they can, they fulfill the order. If they can’t, they cancel.

  14. ITS A SCAM…DON’T MAKE THAT PURCHASE! Crazy thing is it popped up in the top listed items on Google so they’re paying to ensnare their victims. I never received my item, no customer service, nothing but automated replies. The website changed in 3 weeks from having local business/all about the owner info to one gigantic loop of how to return/refund/cancel, etc. and links that go nowhere. Those bot replies received are also poor grammar indicating this is not a North American or British business. However, when you call their number 9493729708 you get an auto bot British accent that loops you back into the same BS as the website. Personal loss: $150. Again, ITS A SCAM…DON’T MAKE THAT PURCHASE!

  16. I wished I had investigated this company before placing my order. I order two items totaling $244.15 on 5/23/20. I received one of the items but not the other. Same run around others are getting. When I ask about my second item, they send me a list of tracking numbers and links to track it but the links go to Page Not Found. One time, they sent me their hours of operation and not a lick about my concern the first time. Each email is the same, here is the link to track (doesn’t work) and/or list of tracking numbers.   18. I thought this newish company had simply bitten off more than they could chew, but now I think they’re morphing into a scam.

    It’s been almost 2 months since I placed my order. They never sent my order, it took me weeks to get them to cancel it, and they gave me the runaround when I asked them for a refund. I ended up having to complain directly to my payment provider to get a resolution.

    What really irks me about them is that they had me talk to a friendly face and tugged on my heart strings to get me to tolerate their terrible service. They’ll say things like “My wife and I have been up until 3am every night to get your order back in stock!”; a generic message with no specific details about what I’d ordered. They even had the gall to ask for a tip since, you know, they’re trying their best and just want to make you happy.

    Customer support has progressively gotten sloppier and more scripted. I think they started off small and well-meaning, but as they realized just how hard this kind of business is, they starting taking shortcuts and began making cancellations and refunds impossible (because they couldn’t afford it).

  19. Same situation for me. Surprised that this website’s evaluation isn’t more critical. Bought an item for $12.99, they added $13 in membership fees. I saw no information on these fees. I couldn’t cancel my order, because the site requires your phone or email address, which it won’t recognize either, even though they sent an email to me showing my phone number. This is blatant misrepresentation and this company will not be around long. I would imagine it won’t be long before they don’t even try to get the products for their customers. Now that I think about it, no one has ever said that they actually received a product from these people. Hope the FTC puts the boot to them.

  20. I too was charged a “membership fee” ($32.99!!!) I looked on their site and there is nothing on there that mentions any kind of membership program. I cannot get through to customer service because their system doesn’t recognize my email address, phone number, or order number (which is weird because I got a confirmation email from them. If I have no account, how did they send me an email?). It’s because I used their “buy it now” feature which doesn’t require you to set up an account. So now I have no account to look back on to see my order. They CLAIM you can cancel an unfulfilled order from the confirmation email but there is no mention of cancelation instructions or any links.

    Bottom line, be very wary of this company. They are secretive and shady. What kind of company has a membership fee but no explanation of what it is or what you get for it? I’ll tell you what kind of company… One that wants to take advantage of you. Stay away!

  22. Add me to the list of the Scammed. $148.00 apparently is now theirs and I have no product. Got a tracking number, but USPS has no item. This Scam came from an Amazon listing for the item. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS!

Several months, emails, fake tracking numbers and shipped, fulfilled and unknown tracking info changes every week. multi track numbers an nothing ever sent . Not it says no info on my order number . Emails and site give you an run around. Bad bad bad scam company full of lies. Let the battle for money return begin.

  24. Do not, under any circumstance, use this company. Placed my order early May. They took the money out of my account that very day. It is now July 17th. They have told me for the last 5 weeks that the item is shipped. They will not refund my money because the item “has been shipped”, You cannot speak to a person. Just robots. My full time job right now is to e-mail their customer service all day, every day. PLUS…I found the same item for $100 cheaper than what I paid.

  25. I just got off the phone with my banks Charge Dispute department. I ordered a Deck Storage Bench and , as most of you have had done, they took the money out of my account. Then I received an email stating the item was backordered and that I would hear back in 7 days to see if I still wanted it. I then received an email saying they had cancelled my order and I would receive a refund in 7 days. Well, 12 days later and still no refund so I emailed them twice and got no response. I finally tried to online chat with someone and they finally responded (leave the chat page open because it takes awhile for them to respond!!!)

    I was told this, “I am sincerely sorry but I do see that our attempt to refund your money through the payment processor has failed. Can you please contact your bank and file an inquiry and let me know if you got this resolved?”

    So I called my bank and they told me to file a Transaction Dispute, which I have now done. This place is a SCAM.

  26. This site is definitely a scam! I waited a month for my pool filter to arrive. Went to the website to check the status. Said my item was “shipped”, but the tracking said “shipping soon” by UPS. I When I clicked on the tracking, it brought me back to the CatsLuvUs website not the UPS tracking website. Sent an email to the company, no response. Filed a complaint with Paypal and got my money refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! BIG BIG SCAM!!!!!

  27. They own a business, cat hotel in Laguna Niguel, CA, I called that number and the person at the desk said they would text the owner so they can get back to me. Give this a try. The name of the cat hotel is “Cats Luv Us” in Laguna Niguel.

  28. Do not order from them! We ordered a trampoline 5/23 and got it 8/17. We are missing 7 posts and 42 springs. The support is horrible, the automated phone number will not get you to anyone! IT is so frustrating and a waste of money! They fulfill your order right away so you cannot cancel your order. Total scam company!

  29. I just had to call my credit card company for the 2nd time. They sent a fake tracking number and said they left my hyperextension bench at my mailbox.
    there is no way the USPS would leave it at my mailbox… fact is it was never delivered but they charged my card the same day I called. So sad /Big Scam
